Roberto Capuano releases his first single on Truesoul with two exceptional tracks that show a tech-ier side to Roberto’s sound and one that impresses throughout. The title track ‘Never Stop’ has been a highlight in Adam Beyer’s sets and its easy to understand why. The creeping vocal and driving drums are an inaugural part of the track before the uniquely pleasing pads drop in and create a gripping and immersive track to get lost in. ‘Around’ is a tech-ier track that implements a throbbing underlying bass line that sits and keeps the track driving under a roaring vocal.

Adam Beyer is back on Drumcode with an impressive array of tracks that will get the senses tingling and shows us what Drumcode is all about. These 4 tracks are deep and almost melancholic in their approach to techno, using effects to really help enforce an ambience only Beyer can achieve within his productions. The under lying throbbing of the drums drives this EP into the forefront of the heads down Drumcode sound and have been heard in many of Beyer’s phenomenal sets throughout the year.

In Somebody’s Story #2 ist unser Protagonist Max Mustermann am bisherigen Tiefpunkt seines Lebens angelangt. Durch einen tragischen Unfall verlor Max seinen innig geliebten Vater. Beide hatten sich zuletzt wenige Tage zuvor gesehen. Leider ist diese letzte Begegnung mal wieder aus dem Ruder gelaufen. Sie stritten über belanglose Themen, so dass Max gegangen ist ohne sich zu verabschieden. 

Deswegen ist Max in ein tiefes schwarzes Loch gefallen und erhebt schwere Vorwürfe gegen sich. Er schwelgt in Erinnerung und fragt sich, warum „Mann“ sich so wenig sagen kann wie sehr man sich liebt und wie viel man sich bedeutet , warum „Mann“ sich leidenschaftlich über Fußball und Politik streiten kann, sich aber nicht über sein Gefühlsleben austauschen kann, warum „Mann“ sich nicht einfach mal in den Arm nimmt, anstatt nur auf die Schulter zu klopfen, … . Er kommt sich vor wie ein emotionales Wrack und jegliche Energie ist aus seinem Körper gewichen. 

Versunken in Gedanken hinterfragt er sich wie es zu diesem Emotionsverlust kommen konnte. Ist es das gesellschaftliches Korsett, das wie eine Blockade wirkt und ihn hat verstummen lassen, wenn Freunde und Familie mehr über seine Gefühlswelt erfahren wollten? Stets umschiffte er dieses Thema, antworte nur in kurzen knappen Sätzen und erfüllte seine Rolle als Strahlemann. 

Damit soll jetzt Schluss sein, er will mehr Emotionalität zulassen. Er innert sich an ein Zitat aus einem seiner Lieblingsfilme „Absolute Giganten“. Er sehnt sich danach, sehnt sich nach Musik, die ihm ein treuer Begleiter ist, in GUTEN wie in SCHLECHTEN Zeiten und es schafft die Dinge erträglicher zu machen. Er setzt sich die Kopfhörer auf, startet die Musik und sendet in Gedanken eine emotionale Botschaft gen Himmel, an seinen DAD.

Ein spezieller Dank geht an https://soundcloud.com/struppstrupp. Deine Interpretation von "Es müsste immer Musik da sein" hat mich dazu bewogen dieses Set zu gestalten. Ich hatte den Auszug aus Absolute Giganten bereits mehrfach verwendet, aber du hast es mit deiner Interpretaion auf ein ganz neues Level gehoben und dem Ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt. Deine Umsetzung ist kaiserlich, absolut gigantisch, ... einfach unfassbar gut : ).

In 2011 he had his breakthrough as a producer of the project "Kanzler & Wischnewski". He is also very well known as the author of many publications. His music combines many styles above and beyond the beaten path. A buzzy House groove bass dub here – a jazzy trumpet sample pops up over there! Seasoned with touch of oriental flavour at times, it boils down to a truly global recipe.

The Minimal Project - 

It´s a never ending music project by two friends and also Techno- Artists based in Mannheim (Germany).
Since the foundation they produced regularly new tracks around own creative sound that themselves should reflect. Quick they noted that their self-produced sound is accepted in clubs and on parties very well by the audience. That's why there developed a big passion to produce Techno-music. You can describe their sound as a danceable electronic music, one finds Techno-heavy, however, also house-heavy sounds in their Tracks.

The real names of the both are David Bühler and Robin Hagen.

David Bühler from Weinheim, near Mannheim (Germany) is since 2005 in the electronic music scene at home. At that time still as a guest under age in the clubs of Mannheim and the surroundings. On his 18th birthday (2008) he himself decides to become a DJ and catches, with himself at home "in the cellar" with small private Technopartys in. What began as a hobby is today his big passion and "a Part of him“.

Robin Hagen is a Dj/Producer from Weinheim, near Mannheim (Germany). He is already inspired many years by Techno. Primarily from Techno in his early stage where no track to an other sounded similar. In 2010 he started to produce his own tracks. One can describe his sound quite simply with Techno, sometimes nicely, sometimes less. Central issue the tracks have a certain recognition value, carry a musical manuscript, provide a mood, are propelling and danceable.
