@kinoxki: Heeeyyyy Quino - great to hear from you man! The drums are from one of the jazz kits in Garage Band and the cymbals sucked for that kit so I used my Studio Drummer cymbals instead. The snare sample is actually a brush hit but i guess it's a pretty hard hit so it's difficult to tell if it's a stick or a brush. I agree it might have been better to look a bit harder for a better brush sound but it was really the best one I could find quickly. Thanks again Quino - always great to hear from you!

Lisa Saunders had the idea for the first verse from her real life touring experience; "the man in blue says I think you better move along"..

Every time I would bring up doing a cover song, Hedd would bring up I Am The Walrus. After a year or so I gave in. We love The Beatles and it's a privilege to honor their timeless brilliance. Everywhere Is Brooklyn

Here's a track that is a bit surreal for me. Collaborating on my first jazz track ever with two of the most talented people on SoundCloud - Pavithra Chari and Derek Cornett. This one started as a bass line that I had been toying with for some time and as I brought structure and lyrics to it, I knew that I had to convince Pav to sing it - which she did expertly! I tried doing the lead guitar parts but quickly realized that my jazz riffs were sounding a bit more like blues than I'd care to admit - so I asked Derek if he would like to do the lead parts on the track, which he thankfully agreed to. The song is inspired by my wife's obsession with red guitars.
