Here is a cover of a song called Nutshell by the Seattle band Alice in Chains one of the great grunge bands of the 90's.  This is a more chilled out song and taken from the unplugged album on MTV, the singer Layne Stayley has passed away in recent years due to excessive drugs and alcohol, he looked unwell on his performance during the MTV unplugged show. Here is a song I just recorded by the great band Alice in Chains.  The song is called No Excuses and I think it works well as a solo guitar singing performance.  Hope you enjoy my recording  :)

Here is my acoustic cover of an old school metal band classic "Warrior" by Helloween.  I decided to put a solo in this version pinched from another band called "Children of Bodom".  The two songs are in the same key so it works well.  This is a fast paced metal classic from the 80's era of new wave heavy metal such as Iron Maiden, Saxon, The Scorpions and of course Helloween.  The album is called Walls of Jericho and it was Helloweens debut.
