There is a full music video linked at the bottom that Stef.fx and I worked together on. Below we would like to give you all a chance to dive into our creative mindset and what this project means.

When I stumbled upon this song, I was flooded with so much inspiration and emotion. The lyrics and meaning of this song, Serotonin by "girl in red" just felt so universally fitting. It is fitting for anyone who is struggling with their mental health and chemical imbalances. Something that has been a very prevalent topic in our current timeline. With this in mind, that is what myself and stef set out to create. 

I personally wanted to dig deep to bring out some subconscious inspirations to create what this final product turned into. I wanted to make it feel like you were laying down in a field of flowers with a gentle breeze brushing your skin. To make you feel like you could just close your eyes and create whatever dream world you imagine. All of this being ways to boost your serotonin.

Once I was done with the song, I knew it needed a music video to accompany it. Something that would bring a new aspect to what was already created. Something that would make it shine! Up till this point, I hadn’t worked with Stef. I was just a big fan of what she creates, the story she tells, and the purpose behind why she envisions. I just had a really good gut feeling that she was the one I wanted to work with for this music video and It was exactly the project she was looking for.

In Stef’s eye’s, she brought in the FLOW aspect to this project. I am already a big believer of flow in my music and Stef is a very talented flow artist. So it only made sense to create a flow video that fit the vibe. After our first phone call we were locked into the same wavelength. Stef was able to incorporate flow art into the whole video and surpassed anything I was visualizing. To Stef and many other flow artist’s alike. Flow is a way to bring balance to one’s life. It is a way to make them feel confident internally and externally. It is a way to calm anxiety by letting your body move. It is a challenge that shows if you just put in the work, you can do anything. Most importantly it’s a way to give yourself some serotonin. THAT is why we created this.

We both hope that this body of work inspires you to flow. Inspires you to do things that boost your serotonin and help you find a grounding point.

The future may not have been realized yet, but I seem to be realizing my retro wave desert rock ambitions with this latest new mix. I reminisce about old TV shows and books we read in the 80s and 90s that depicted what the future would be like. None of them seemed to accurately predict what it turned into. However, I believe it’s more of a delayed phenomenon, where there are unforeseen technological advancements and other developments that are still far beyond our current timeline.
