Two young cats from Cola who, after fuckin up the stand-up comedy game, are now after the hip hop throne.  

The Open Mics is an all-star squad consisting of rapper Philabuster and producer Morty Flapjacks.

Philabuster has been listening to rap since he was a kid. He recalls his first inspiration to be Snoop Dogg, after hearing his DVD commentary on "Starsky and Hutch". He got fired from his job making grilled cheeses because he would always burn them.

Producer Morty Flapjacks was abandoned in the woods as a baby and raised a pack of wolves.  He began teaching himself music production after he noticed a picture of Dr. Dre burned in his grilled cheese.  Clearly a sign from the rap gods, Morty ate the sandwich and began making beats that mere mortals cannot fully comprehend.
