the 70s saw a huge boom in the drug use of cocaine in modern culture, particularly in the disco scene.  Government and private organisations attempted to stop the drug culture through various public announcements using various celebrities. one anti-drug PSA included pee wee Herman famous for staring at his own children's show. Despite various attempts, cocain association with glamour was inseparable in the disco scene. After all everybody wants to be cool.
