We are an up and coming, still forming old school/new sound band out of the St. Louis metro east (Collinsville, Illinois).
  Guitarist James Sanchez has been in several different bands covering genres from Reggae to Heavy Metal. He brings to the table a raw elegance that will entrance you one moment, and have you slam dancing the next.
  Singer Mike Anglin has been following his passion for singing since he could talk. He has been writing lyrics & poetry since his early teen years. He has trained his voice to reach the most angelic of high notes to the most seductive lows. His passionate vocals cut straight to the point while exercising poetic justice exquisitely.  He draws inspiration from all genres of music.
  They've taken it upon themselves to break down the barriers of sub-genres to bring back the all but forgotten idea that music reflects life. Since life is a rollercoaster of emotions, so they often wander between genres from song to song. 
  Nobody can express life to it's fullest living out only one emotion. In turn The Original Front Runners come at you with an array of sound that is comfortably nostalgic of classic rock, the sharp edge of metal, and a carousel of blues, jazz, funk, and reggae.
  They are currently auditioning spots for drummers and bass guitar.
