Taras and I were lucky enough to grab the cast of Stickyfingers to record and mix their trial version of 'Rhianna' on the soon to be aired 'Like a Version' segment... where Triple J showcases a local band to cover a classic or contemporary hit in their own style. Fleetwood Mac have been one of my favourite bands in the past and I think it's a great choice for Stickyfingers as it allows room for creativity and style to breathe and breed amongst such a tight band. Stickyfingers style is thickly woven in to the classic and they rock out coherently (The guitar solo here lends testament to that fact).
Great energy and great sound!
