Solid Steel (20th January) In Hour 1 this week it’s the turn of the excellent Phonica Records in London with a mix by Zappan Tee dropping a personal selection of music kicking off with Tamikrest, Lena Platonos and Miyako Koda, before expanding into tracks from Miele, Mystic Slot and Arthur Russell. He had this to say;
"I discovered Solid Steel through Hip Hop many moons ago, but over the years its eclecticism expanded my musical horizon and pushed me to dig in more than one place. For this reason, I wanted to create some sort of Slow Listening mix that spanned a broad range of genres and tempos. I have been quite enjoying this form of music consumption lately, as opposed to the Hip Hop mixing style that influenced me so much when I first started djing, with quick transitions and condensed tracklists.
Although 1h is not much time to develop an articulate discourse, I think there is some sort of narrative holding the selection together. Hopefully the listeners will gently let go and get immersed in this guided visit to the different corners of my labyrinthine record collection. Exit via the last track only!"

Mr. Isao Tomita, a pioneer of synthesizer music, has left a word that "electronic and human beings are phenomena" as well as before life. That moment and eternity the dust of the universe gathers and eventually returns to the dust of the universe. Listening to Enitokwa's music, such feelings go round.

シンセサイザー・ミュージックの先駆者、富田勲さんが生前に、「電子音も人間も現象である」と言葉を残されています。宇宙の塵が集合し、やがてまた宇宙の塵へと戻る、その一瞬と永遠。Enitokwaの音楽を聴いて、そんな想いが巡ります。

Chee Shimizu

It is a sound richly containing theanine (sweet ingredient of tea), a gem that can taste slowly and lean heart. A documentary scenery sound reminiscent of the tea making process at Ujikoen is arranged in the whole story, and the virtuous thing with a frankly act is very refreshing.
Please try to entrust with peace of mind in "definite" works which extracted carefully every single drop.

It has been inherited the calmness from Keizan Temple constantly since 700 years ago.
How does the former pioneers feel the fragrance that Enitokwa brings up？
