i've never felt more vindicated over a boss fight more in my life. MIKE ISN'T REAL. HE WAS NEVER REAL. YOU ALL LAUGHED IN MY FACE WHEN I SAID HE WAS A THROWAWAY GAG, AND YET HERE WE ARE. THROWING AWAY THE GAG. anyways this song is really good i even used a real guitar for it. believe it or not, this is not an original fan composition.

also i don't believe mike having so many cat motifs is a coincidence, toby is too much of a touhou-head for that.

tbh i feel like basically every big question except for kris, the knight's motives, and wtf ralsei is doing during the intermissions have been sufficiently answered. spoilers, the knight is carol, noelle is the angel (specifically, the angel of death like the legend from undertale too!), dark worlds are real and not just an elaborate dnd game, the roaring is real, and the deltarune legend probably foretells the snowgrave route given their reaction to its ending(?) [scratch that, i agree with pastra's theory so much more.]

but i'm still very curious as to what physical item ralsei is in real life, since he's a darkner too. what, is he just a stray hair from asriel on kris's pant leg?
another question is why endogeny appeared in that cutscene with spamton eyes and why the nes nightmare summons it and why it was in the basement in chapter 2



also i noticed a lot of covers can't quite get the timing right for this song. the tempo is a clean 130bpm once you realize its still 4/4, you just need to set it to 3rd/6th notes for the whole song! very popular for jazz and swing, dummy did it too, i use it often myself
