But I clawed right out...made the dirt obey.

Built in the smoke, baptized in pain.
They wrote me off ...I rewrote the book,
Now death steps back when I give that look.

Boots still stomp, jaw still set,
Ain’t met a grave that’s held me yet.

I spit 'til the silence bleeds instead.
