Label of the moment Space Grapes Records was born out of a late-night studio session with Another Taste band members and their co-producer Danilo Plessow, MCDE. Now headed up by Bobby van Putten and Plessow, dynamic Dutch funk collective Another Taste return in the spring of 2026 with their second full length album on the imprint; another must-have collection of tasteful original boogie, funk, and obscure disco that is full of heart and soul and lovingly recorded live to tape.

After lighting up clubs like KOKO, The Jazz Café, Tresor, New Morning, and festivals Love Supreme, Lost Village, Nuits Sonores, Hamburg Jazz, Lowlands, and ADE, Another Taste has surfaced from the studio with an arsenal of seriously heavy weapons. The album showcases Another Taste’s collective at full strength: Barend Lippens, Bobby van Putten, Bob Roche, Teun van Zoggel, Sarina Voorn, Diogo Carvalho, and Florian Verhagen. Together they summon a sound that is electrifying, communal, and unmistakably theirs! The album sees them joined by Arp Frique and the Perpetual Singers and is bolstered throughout by a dedicated brass section.

First out of the gate is the sweet soul funk jam ‘Run Into Love’.
