Come Down

The Polysonic remix of Doubt by Delphic. I was a huge fan of this band when they first came out. At the end of 2009 I noticed that Soundcloud were running a remix competition for the track, and so I decided to enter it. I was still finding my footing with electronic music when I did this remix, but it was a crucial part of finding the sound that now defines The Polysonic.

Delphic - Doubt (The Polysonic Remix)

The Polysonic remix of Dear Paris' track Golden. Early in 2011 I was approached by German synthpop band Dear Paris to remix a track for their remix album Synchronize Remixed. I loved their stuff, so I agreed! It was then released in April 2011 exclusively through the band's Bandcamp site.

Dear Paris - Golden (The Polysonic Remix)

The Polysonic remix of Tellison's Edith. Having been a fan of Tellison for quite a while, when I heard about the remix competition Soundcloud were running for their new single Edith, I had to enter. I did this remix in the summer of 2011, and was a runner up in the competition. It was later released on the iTunes exclusive Edith EP by Naim Edge in October 2011.

An instrumental version of Another Day by The Polysonic. Another Day was the very first track I wrote after starting The Polysonic with my co-writer at the time, Leigh Roberts. I later re-recorded this track, and it was released in January 2011 on my debut EP Say Something. One Week Warning - Great Divide (The Polysonic Remix)

The Polysonic remix of Innerpartysystem's track Obsession. This is a bootleg remix I did in the spring of 2010. I'm a big fan of Innerpartysystem, and their music has influenced a lot of the music I make. I decided that it would be great to remix one of their tracks, so I went and found an a capella for this. After finishing the remix, I was having trouble getting the mix right, so my friend, the late Martin Rushent, offered to help out, and mixed the track with me. For that reason, this is one which will always be special to me.

Ivy - Lost In The Sun (The Polysonic Remix)

It's been a long time coming, but here it is - the new version of Say Something. The first track from my debut album!

Over the last year and a half I've been writing and recording my new album. I always felt that the EP version of this track was missing something, so when I started working on the album, I felt it would be a great opportunity to improve this track and turn it into the song I always knew it could be.

I chose this as the first track to reveal from my album as I feel it demonstrates the progress between Say Something EP and this album. I hope you enjoy it, please leave a comment and let me know what you think.
