This song's melody was written late last summer in a time of major feels. Releasing this song is an expression of a culmination of emotions and growth. 

The quote at the end is from an interview with Dr. Hew Len- 
"There are tragedies in our lives because we don't take a look at where the origin of the problem is and its always in self"

In life many of our own internal self conflicts can appear in our external world. Sometimes we (I know, I have myself) tend to project these conflicts onto others when the message from the universe is truly for ourself. We are all reflections of each other and we tend to attract in A. What is in resonance B. What isn't in resonance that we must confront in order to move more towards resonance. Facing these conflicts with the ideology of ho'oponopono  "I love you, I am sorry, Please forgive me and Thank you" - you can erase whatever story you have told yourself and move forward with presence and self-love.
