Italians Do It Better Maestro Johnny Jewel opens with a stunning saxophone laced hymn to the moon cycles followed by David Lynch's musical partner Dean Hurley giving us a front seat view on a highway cruise straight into the Milky Way. Other highlights include Ramzi's intercepted radio beacon "Existenz", Legowelt's perilous planetwalk "Nebbia Vera Pelleccia" and a wave goodbye to the solar system in Lord Of The Isles "Meet Me At The Portal" . Released in two lucky dip colourways, Cosmosis also contains a secret DL digital only title track from Lord Of The Isles only available from QR code on record label. A stunning new compilation that serves as a soundtrack to space and ticket to the edges of imagination.

Gladstone Deluxe is one of the most exciting musicians in the US right now. They make futuristic, deep, percussive yet smooth techno, deep house and electro. They also play timbales in NYC queer and trans salsa band Las Mariquitas, and are a frequent collaborator with fellow East Coast sonic trailblazers Kiernan Laveaux, Johnny Zoloft, and Mira Mira. They have released on Black Techno Matters, Data Disk, Misc, Innocent Music, How Things Are Made, and now Fixed Rhythms is excited to add to the Gladstone lore with their new offering, “No Haterade EP”.

A1 “Cleanse” is zippy tech-y house…think groovy, up-beat, sexy, like something you’d hear in a Titonton Duvante set. A2 is a remix, “Teakup - Where’s My Snare (Gladstone Deluxe Remix)”. Now the EP takes a turn towards psychedelic electro. Spacey trippy vocal manipulations, swelling deep space gravitational waves swelling and resolving. The B side opens with the “No Haterade” track. Arpeggiated electro that slaps with swagger. The final track is a longer, 9 minute driving deep housey techno tune. A bass line that you never want to stop, luscious pads, brain-tingling pings, melodic percussive synth runs, and a touch of acid.

Mignon's third EP and the first album released after the end of the Honey Badger Records contract, 『Golden Flower』 was born from extensive experience on the dance floor. It is based on the house genre, experimenting with diverse soundscapes by integrating breakbeat, progressive, and electro elements. The album was crafted with the goal of delivering intuitive rhythms and energy that make your body react instantly.

On Saturday 16th August, we welcomed @verdant-recordings label boss Andy Green to Inverted Audio Record Store in Peckham to celebrate the release of 'Rain on Window', the latest EP from Istanbul-based producer Havantepe.

Havantepe is the alias of Turkish-German producer and DJ Ismail Genc, co-founder of the Sublime Porte label. Born near Stuttgart, he relocated to Istanbul in 1994 and has been producing and performing techno since 1999.

Over the years, Havantepe has released on a range of respected imprints, including Dutch label spclnch, 200 Records, and Baum Records. His latest outing arrives via Vertex - a joint venture between Verdant Recordings (Andy Green) and Exalt Records (Jamie Bargeman).

'Rain on Window' EP features three solo productions alongside two remixes, weaving together minimal dub techno textures and atmospheric electronics, crafted to captivate even the most discerning listeners.

S Ruston—jackin’, pumpin’, voguey, UK, ravey, some fast, some slow—she knows what you need and she’ll give it to you good. Having cut her teeth on the Bristol scene over 15 years ago, she started organising secret warehouse parties in London and playing at seminal bass music events such as DJ Pinch’s Subloaded and Dubloaded, while consistently threw it down at major UK festivals like Glastonbury, Glade, Shambala, Ashton Court and Bloc, under the alias Ghettozoid and with female booty bass collective Octopussy. She made it SXSW representing “UK Urban” with her band Bubbz & the Black Notez in 2010, before relocating to Berlin where she has divided her time between the decks and the studio. She founded the label One4Ho, focusing on 140 Bpm driven music with female led creative input, and has released as a producer and vocalist on Fabric’s Houndstooth imprint. In 2012 S Ruston served as Zebra Katz’s DJ on his first European tour, and continues to make occasional appearances at his gigs. She’s also worked closely with artists Linards Kulless and Ursula Hutchinson on music videos and VJ/DJ collaborations.
As a resident of femme-forward collective Lecken, she’s been making a name for herself on the city’s queer sex-positive party scene, serving it up at TrashEra, Riot, Hot Topic, Whole Festival, Pornceptual, Warning and more. With a new release on TrashEra Music, and with her reputation quickly spreading beyond Berlin, S Ruston guarantees a sweaty dance floor and an impeccable selection wherever she goes.
