Italians Do It Better Maestro Johnny Jewel opens with a stunning saxophone laced hymn to the moon cycles followed by David Lynch's musical partner Dean Hurley giving us a front seat view on a highway cruise straight into the Milky Way. Other highlights include Ramzi's intercepted radio beacon "Existenz", Legowelt's perilous planetwalk "Nebbia Vera Pelleccia" and a wave goodbye to the solar system in Lord Of The Isles "Meet Me At The Portal" . Released in two lucky dip colourways, Cosmosis also contains a secret DL digital only title track from Lord Of The Isles only available from QR code on record label. Mutable Ground is an album created through an exchange of recordings between Anna and Yannis. The project is rooted in the idea of sudden shifts in current events and the ever-growing emotions tied to loss, change, and tension. Each track title is inspired by unstable phenomena and objects, reflecting the potential for unexpected movement and the transitions of both nature and humanity. Repetitive, chaotic drum patterns, vocals that echo sounds of wounded or lost animals, hollow soundscapes reveal a sonic world where creation and destruction coexist—where people dance around fires, caught between fragility and resilience.

His real name is Raphaël Cuevas, and he is a character full of contrasts, discreet yet highly acclaimed on the French and Andalusian underground scene. He has released some great tracks on labels such as Perchépolis, Forsaken Cell, and NFEREE Records. His unique style is at the crossroads between deep techno, liquid, breakbeat, bass music and experimental music infused with dub sounds and sometimes raw accents.  With surgical precision and a definite psychedelic vibe, the artist delivers here a set played at Peppar 2025 in Spain, intended for the most seasoned ravers, ready to battle it out on a dance floor in the middle of the desert at 40 degrees Celsius, enough to relive the summer of 2025 once again before he bows out.

The situation in Turkey remains as unstable as ever at present. After many years of dynamic changes and progression there seems to have been a revolt of sorts which has stinted the development of the country in its tracks. As a result, art, culture and people have ultimately suffered. Istanbul has a fruitful and inspired musical community and there has always been intrigue around dance music in the country. Emin is one of the many kind hearted people based in Istanbul who is confused and baffled by the situation which exists around him. Music has acted as an outlet for him and his friends on many occasions. His spare room serves as a studio and he spends his time collecting records, producing and copy writing. Oh, and he has two cats as well, meaning we here at Ransom Note already love him. 

Several months ago we featured a mix from Zozo who in turn introduced us to another exciting prospect. She introduced us to M-IN. Listen and enjoy.

Our first release in 2013 comes up with a new VARIED artist. We are very pleased to introduce you to the Cologne-based DJ and producer Pfeiffer. After several digital releases it’s about time to give this exceptional talent a chance for his first vinyl release. As a co-founder of the rheinrhythmik event series he has created his own idea of music within the last few years. We are impressed and fascinated by what we’ve heard so far. Four tracks, each of them perfectly suited for the dancefloor. Enjoy!
