TX Connect now makes his debut on Athens based "Lower Parts" label with a four track EP that touches on acid, techno and house. Here is the titletrack, no doubt you will like it ! Stuttgart based Electroménager’s very first transmission sees the day, with a solo EP entitled "800mg" from Manchester based Thodén, including a remix by Perko.
Taking inspiration from the uk’s unique bass and techno scene, Thodén delivers 4 carefully crafted tracks that explore sophisticated rhythms and dark heavy percussion, all pulled together by dreamy breakdowns to conduct those essential moments of euphoria on the dance floor. To finish it off; Numbers affiliate, Perko, produces his own take on ‘Specialist’, which results in nothing other than a dubby masterpiece driven by a charging kick. There had been little to no light in the town. The days had remained dark, a long night that rolled on for eternity. In turn the streets were quiet, instead people preferred the sanctuary of their own homes - spending their time watching the clock hands intently, hoping something would change. For the sun to oscillate and dance freely once more - they believed that where there's light, there's hope.  

Following previous releases from the likes of Simkin, Holloway, BFTT and Yushh, London label All Centre kick off the new decade with a debut release from South London-based Texan Alexis. As a DJ and radio host on Noods, formally behind the scenes at Balamii Radio, Alexis has had a meteoric rise over the last year with her graceful blend of techno and experimental electronics landing her a mentorship with Peggy Gou and taking her to venues and festivals like Printworks and Gottwood. Her debut two tracker is synonymous with the sounds she navigates in her DJ sets: hypnotic, broken rhythms geared toward the dance floor.

Since 2015, 1020 Radio has been nurturing Bristol's music culture alongside an inspiring team of local and international artists. Championing creativity, diversity and community has been the driving force of all our projects, and we're excited to bring this to a new medium in the form of our compilation series "1020 Curated"; a showcase and celebration of the street-level sounds of which 1020 is built on.

Kicking off the first edition is long-standing resident and Sheffield based producer "unperson", who has curated a 25 track manifesto featuring the station's artists and associates, where the heritage of Bristol's lauded soundsystem culture provides the foundation for new structures of dubwise rave architecture, whilst exploring abstract sonic territories and monolithic soundscapes.

Available exclusively from Bandcamp on Friday April 24th, the first 25 copies come bundled with a premium 350gsm print designed by Montag Freedoms. All proceeds will be donated directly to the charity ‘Above & Beyond’, raising vital funds to support the wellbeing of frontline NHS staff and volunteers, who are tackling the unprecedented challenge of providing care against COVID-19.

@yuyuclubmexico x Infinite Machine V/A is a collaboration whose result is a compilation of 14 tracks designed for the dance floor; solid, functional and esoteric. This is a selection of tracks produced by Mexican artists involved in the Club movement from different cities in Mexico, all of them with a conceptual and geographical separation, but with common features that synthesize the essence of the national scene.

Definitive proof of the maturity of the Club scene in Mexico, this compilation is born as an initiative by the most important venue in the capital of Mexico: Yu Yu, which joins forces with the pioneering label Infinite Machine to curate this compilation. An avant-garde ensamble of projects which aims to exhibit a shared imagination through the unification of different styles and music genres. All of this comes from the perspective of Yu Yu's resident, Mexico City-based label, Infinite Machine. A label that has a direct correlation with the global club scene.

This effort also has the goal to financially support the artists involved due to the delicate situation we are going through. As they are part of Yu Yu's community, which is unfortunately closed at the moment. Artists involved from the likes of Nico, AAAA, Microhm with worldwide recognition to up and coming artists like Benfika, OMAAR, CNDSD and the current, most fresh national acts like Loris, KOI and El Irreal Veintiuno. Among other key pieces of national electronics, united in this soundscape of volatile frequencies.
