Cititrax: Tracks Volume One features Amato, an edgy new project brought to you by The Hacker, Tzusing, a young producer from China known for his hard-hitting L.I.E.S. releases, our beloved Berlin based former New Yorker An-i, and Oliver Ho’s stunning Broken English Club. The overall sound can be described as modern, uncompromising and guttural. Each artist reinvents dance music by bringing their own unique vision to the floor. 
Artwork designed by Veronica Vasicka and sourced from Polaroids shot in NYC clubs in the 1980s, Cititrax: Tracks Volume One continues the theme of the one of a kind vinyl pressing of blood red inside clear – limited to 999 copies and housed in a matte printed sleeve. Cititrax is proud to present a four song debut solo EP by the Hacker’s new project called Amato. Influenced by early EBM, German techno and new wave, Michel Amato aka The Hacker began producing tracks under his new moniker Amato in 2014. The first one to be released, called Physique, came out in 2015 on the Cititrax Tracks Volume One EP and was a dancefloor success. On this forthcoming EP, entitled “Le Desordre et La Nuit”, Amato integrates his love of the new wave to form four ebm tinged techno funk hits. Very dancefloor friendly, these tracks take pop elements reminiscent of Belgian body music and bring them to the present day. Amato shines as a producer here, as he has so many times before. It’s an absolute honor for us to release this debut project. Artwork is sourced from photographs taken in NYC in the 1980s with layout by Veronica Vasicka. The release is limited to 999 copies pressed on 160 gram silver vinyl, and accompanied by jackets printed on matte heavyweight cardstock. Release date: July 13, 2016.

Forthcoming on Cititrax is Amato's new EP, charmingly titled, "Le desordre et la nuit". Amato is a new moniker of The Hacker who is best known for his powering techno and noise production. This EP sees him emulate such tastes in a slightly more melodic, electro based fashion.

Staatseinde - Darüber Reden Wir Nicht [LPF02]

"From a galaxy far away, they came to earth and decided to stay”.You could call them Visitors... but they might have arrived here long before we did.

Staatseinde spent their recent earth time creating their third EP called Darüber Reden Wir Nicht. Combining their own Neue Niederländische Welle with synthwave and EBM, these three extraterrestrial musicians adapted four European languages to spread their message.

First track on the A-side is Staatsanthem, a heroic soundtrack meant as a hymn to their home planet. Next up is title track Darüber Reden Wir Nicht, followed by No Return. Two bold, minimalistic EBM like tracks performed in a much harder style than they’ve ever done before. Moving to B-side. Laat Het Gebeuren warns about the selfdestructive nature of mankind, and sometimes mother earth answers. Grenztruppenführer is about the strict door policies that some nightclubs have, a wall between east and west, politics versus freedom, will you get in? Grenztruppenführer decides.
Closing off with Vi Åker Dit, which started off as the Swedish translation of their hitsong Ruimtevaart Vooruit. A call to fly away, to another dimension.

Even though this EP was created on earth, it’s already much spoken about beyond the boundaries of our solar system...
and now it will find you.

For the third time, Bosnian DJ and producer Borgie has delivered an astonishing 4-track 12-inch to Electronic Emergencies.
