Madloch's 3rd Avenue is excited to present Paradigm, a powerful new collaborative EP from Spanish producer Damusque (aka David Museen) and UK talent Erik Christiansen, featuring the title track and Sometimes in F.

Debuting his Damusque alias, Spanish artist David Museen brings years of industry experience to this project. Hailing from Vitoria-Gasteiz, he has established himself as one of Spain's most versatile electronic artists, with releases on Toolroom, Kittball, and CR2 Records supported by icons like Hernan Cattaneo and Marco Carola. His founder role at TrueStoryComic Label reflects his dedication to pushing musical boundaries across melodic techno, Afro house and progressive styles.

Teaming up with UK producer Erik Christiansen (UV, Freegrant, CR2), the duo crafts a masterful blend of their signature sounds. Christiansen's UK-flavored house sensibilities perfectly complement Damusque's Spanish-influenced rhythms, resulting in two tracks that showcase their combined technical prowess and creative vision.

Etbonz - Magic by Human Minds

After 5 years of 'Fortnightly Freebies' columns collating our favourite free downloads, we decided to do things a bit differently for the 100th chapter. Introducing 'Big Material', a 19-track 'name your price' compilation that will donate 100% of profits made to Stonewall Housing, a London-based charity supporting some of the most marginalised and vulnerable in our society.

At a time when unfair austerity is increasing inequality and leaving so many behind, we hope to support a community that has given so much to the 'scene' and music we love. Digi-dub abstractions and drifting ambient to kaleidoscopic breaks and newly-coined genre, 'subtle donk', it's a pretty accurate microcosm of the If-Only curation as a whole.

Even in the quieter areas of the city, there’s always noise. It might be a couple on the other side of the street talking, a bird singing, or the indistinct shouts of children playing in a garden a few streets away. Wherever you are, you can always hear the music of the world around you. The absence of silence might be intrusive, but without it, there’s no now and then or here and there. Without it, you might as well be stuck in time.

Funky synths and percussion, moody pads, and a steady electro rhythm characterise Neu Verboten’s dancefloor-ready rework of ‘Time Split’, taken from Angelo Repetto’s upcoming four-track EP. Kamiokande marks the Swiss producer’s first release on Zurich’s own Subject To Restrictions Discs, a fairly new label who've already had several noteworthy releases under their belt, including two V/A releases and a split EP from CCO and Narco Marco.

Since moving in she'd felt unsettled in this big old house, as if it wasn't really her own. As if it belonged to somebody else. She tried not to clutter her mind with troubled thoughts or let the creaking floorboards and cold draught bother her, but it was becoming increasingly difficult. There was an unwelcome energy here, an unwanted presence that needed to be exorcised.

Chilean artist Tomás Ruiz is gearing up for the release of his first long player under the name Russell on local label Halcxn. No Estamos Solos, which marks the label's sixth release this year, follows an active period of productions from the Ruiz camp, but with the name change comes a more direct approach, and a focus on a solid and clear sound. Prioritising freedom above anything when it comes to production, Ruiz's outings as Russell will be be navigated by influences in electro, downtempo and breakbeat, which come through on the album in the broken sounds, deep rhythms and atmospheric textures.
