Off the back of his latest EP, @la-mverte returns for the mix with another crisp offering, exploring erogenous synth-wave and disco chiaroscuro.

Hugely evocative and as fun for the mind as it is the feet, ‘A Game Called Tarot’ on @her-majestys-ship label continues to explore a mysterious and esoteric universe that is dark and charming as he looks at the theme of divination and destiny, symbolised by the XIII card.

Bristol based imprint FutureBoogie delivers rock solid nu-disco and house 12"s for already five years now. Their latest release to date by Lauer certainly didn't disappoint and they're now rolling into spring
with a heavyweight one from dastardly duo Ron & Neil Aka Ron Basejam and Neil Diablo, who between them bring years of musical chops and (most importantly) "the funk" to the table.
In its Original Mix, ‘Perdre Son Éclat’ is a breezy yet sturdy slice of atmospheric synth dance, resplendent with swirling riffs and stammering bass. A thunderous Roland CR-78 drum pattern keeps everything in check, and its sultry french vocals flitter between spoken word and harmonious refrains, lacing the track with a superb "new wave" feel.
Here premiered, a remix comes courtesy of Man Power, the musical enigma that traded on his anonymity for a couple of years before coming clean as the English DJ/producer Geoff Kirkwood. Having released on labels like Hivern, Throne Of Blood and Correspondant, Man Power takes "Perdre Son Éclat" into even deeper territories, crafting a moody and spacious version that respectfully stays close to the original mix. Out 26th of April !

Das war aber auch längst fällig: DAF veröffentlichen mit „Das ist DAF“ ihre große Werkschau. DAF haben in 37 Jahren Musikgeschichte geschrieben: Electronic Body Music (EBM) wäre ohne Robert Görl und Gabi Delgado kaum denkbar. Und auch der Techno wurde von dem Duo maßgeblich mit beeinflusst.

Ombra International are the mysterious collective that have been exploring the outer reaches of electronic music together since the back end of 2016.

Italian for shadow, Ombra self-describe themselves as "united by lust and fury" and "together alone", delivering an output that's an avant-garde force of unfamiliar comfort.

Since forming, the Berlin collective have put out music by Curses, Mondowski, K-Effect, Cannibal Ink, Perel, Dawn Again and more on a series of various artists releases. They bring together artists from around the world who share roots in post-punk, wave, and other weirdo guitar music, mixing it with Italo, the darker side of disco and electro.

When Harold Boué aka Abstraxion invited Fantastic Man into his studio after playing together the night before he didn't knew he was planting the seed for a new project. Three cuts driven by warmly distorted rhythms, bursts of primitive drums, rubbery synths and uplifting chants that overall feel like the first sunrays after an excursion through a dark cave: both blinding and blissful.
