Adult Hits makes dance music that sweats, mutates, and smiles back at you. A co-founder of Sensory Signal and a fixture in the Los Angeles underground, he builds worlds from percussion — grooves that start as a pulse and end as possession. His sound leans toward the playful and the psychedelic: prog swung through breaks, acid melted into color, humor folded into hypnosis. There’s always a wink in the chaos, a kind of sly confidence that comes from knowing exactly how the room will move.

Attitude Drums EP packs a sassy, proggy punch square in the chest. Euphoric wobbles and wibbly ear~candy collide with psy~esque licks and naughty breaks. No rest for the wicked, Adult Hits flirts across the EP with raw personality; his locked-in percussion, trippy pads and nasty vocal chops carry the floor effortlessly.

We've got the exclusive premiere of 'I Don't Know', the contribution from label heads Easy To Remember. It starts off as a wonky, juddering house track until that confident bassline struts into view and the taut drums wrap things up a bit. Subtle synth melodies permeate the mid-section, getting increasingly jazzy as the percussion continues to rattle on in the background. A wonderful end to a top notch 12".
