'Once again, Anis Hachemi and Alex Kaspersky have done a truly titanic job for days on end recording a new studio album Atura. This time the guys created a technological singularity from indie dance, tech house and techno.

The album starts with the track Atura, which is dominated by an assertive techno-rhythm with unsurpassed robotic vocals, and Drumcode lives up to its name with powerful percussion with cosmic motifs. Everything Gonna Be Alright features a calm bass drum and measured vocals. Kemik with its broken rhythm is replaced by Ride's groove motifs. The synth line and flanger take us to the dance floor along with the track Midnight disco where Yoruba closes the curtain on the classic and calm house.

This album draws you in like a black hole without letting go until the last track - a magnificent work from the unsurpassed collaboration of Anis Hachemi and Alex Kaspersky.'

After the summer break we are proud to reveal the next record on Siamese. Shiffer, who surfaced on the first Siamese Anthology in 2017, is returning with a full EP, „Soul Masks“. Right after we received the first demos of this talented, in Basel, Switzerland born musician, we knew we have a story to tell. Far away from trends and expectations, Shiffer is creating unique dance music with a certain depth and warmth. Ever evolving this is the right moment to release this beautiful record, also featuring a great remix from The Drifter that was successfully tested on various grounds on the road. We know Mark for quite some time now and we remember talking to him about a possible appearance on the label right after we started. We are very happy to finally have him on board as we are supporters of his music and persona since a while.
On the A-Side we have both the original and remix of „Ourself Behind Ourselves“. While Shiffer’s original relies on its groove and trippy sounds topped with a beautiful flute like melody, The Drifter takes things up a notch goes for a straighter more clubby approach. On the flip „Soul Masks“, the title track of the EP, is one of Shiffer’s more energetic peak time club tracks, while not losing his dedication to details and groove. Followed by „Waiting Hidden Spheres“, which was among the first demos we received from Shiffer. Right then we knew we want to work with him on a release and we already had a few wonderful closing moments with it.

Was he really awake or was this just a dream?

Following a string of successful releases on her label from Fort Romeau, Terr and Damon Jee, Jennifer Cardini invites Impressum bosses Fideles to make a home on her Correspondant label with Brain Machine - an infectious four tracker with bright Italo hooks and cosmic touches. Our pick is 'Glasses' which flips the script and takes you down a deep dark rabbit hole with its heavy driving synths and robotic vocal samples.
