Hugo Barritt was a promoter at London's infamous 'Egg' venue, during which time he focused his attention on Robert Owen's residency at the club. A friendship was struck up and when Hugo finally decided to leave to concentrate on production he could think of no-one better to provide the vocal's to 'You Are' than the most recognisable voice in dance music, Mr Owens himself. Befitting such a wonderful coupling, Efdemin heard the track and agreed immediately to provide the remix, and a splendidly slick ride it is too, taking the merest hints of Roberts vocal whilst injecting a melodic feel for a blissed out ride through the early hours. Contrast that with high octane thrill's of murmur regular Tom Demac's remix - dispensing with the subtleties of the original in favour of a power house ride of beats and bass, warping Robert's vocal into something altogether sleazier

The dancers are really the ones which push the beat. At least thats what they say. My heart tells me otherwise for if there were to be no music there might be no dance. Is it in fact the sound which makes the dancers move, or is it the dancers movement which leads to the production of sound. Such questions should not be explored too heavily, there was little reason to continue down this path of chaotic delusion. Instead she began to move her feet back and forth. That was all. 

Goshawk steps up with a new release on Hudd Trax. "My Heart" features a close friend of Ransom Note in the form of Astral T. Luxurious vocals with a warm groove.

His 'Still A Kid' EP opens with the beautifully deep, dubby texture and expansive rhythm of 'Saint Eustache', before firing off on the brilliantly broken tangent of 'Rue Vignon'. Rounding out the EP is 'Spatial Purim', Siler's collaboration with D.KO Records boss and Popcorn family member Flabaire.
