Rising from beneath the murky swamp there was a sense of urgency and peril as the great, magnificent creature emerged and proceeded towards them. Here they were aboard their little boat, in the back end of nowhere and all alone.

The stars up above were all that they had to guide them away from this monster – afloat atop a dense sea of greasy black water and an endless expanse. He flicked his iron lighter softly hoping that it might illuminate the darkness before them and send the creature back to where it had came from. It was the only hope they had left, at least for now.
 
Left, Right & Centre showcase the music of a rising Manchester producer on a new EP destined to do damage to soundsystems in the clubs. This is a bass ready affair from one of the UK’s brightest prospects in leftfield dance and electronic music. Play this one loud.

Marking a triumphant return to Left, Right & Centre after a four-year hiatus, Korzi unveils his latest EP, Cracked Plates. The Manchester-based producer, who co-founded the label and party series back in 2018, delivers a bold and boundary-pushing release just as the collective celebrates its seventh anniversary this spring.

Off The Hook leads listeners into darker, more mysterious territory. With echoing claps and a tension-building framework that has become Korzi’s signature, the track feels like an eerie descent into the unknown. Wobbly basslines and light overtones provide a flicker of optimism amid the track’s shadowy undercurrents.

As with most things in an increasingly digital age, a time would come when it was time to bid goodbye to the past and make way for the new. The landscape had changed and it was imperative that the cities and towns kept up with these evolving technologies. Entering the train stations, much had changed. Gone were the rickety, rusting carriages, and in their place stood new electric trains, itching to cart you safely from point A to point B. 

For their fourth release, following EPs from Yuki Ame and Phossa as well as a charitable V/A during lockdown, London-based imprint Panel Audio welcome Sydney duo JV & Palf to the family. Named after their local train line, T4, the EP presents four club-driven tracks rife with energy-fuelled drum patterns and UK Techno influences.
