Zillas on Acid make their Inside Out Records debut with an EP showered in hope for a better summer. “A Wonderful Time in a Terrible Club” is certain to become a favourite for the dancefloors, joined closely by “Not Really”, thanks to the latter’s addictive acid hook and vocals. The genius Fantastic Twins breaks from working on her own projects to morph “Wonderful Time in a Terrible Club” into a psychedelic, magical journey. “You You You You” has the more trademark Zillas hypnotic groove, with Black Merlin warping its vocals and bending the track into a darker, more ambient 10-minute re creation. The forest was his home, he'd found peace and tranquility in the open spaces between the trees and decided long ago that he would stay. This was his safe place, his secluded kingdom in which he did not need to think about the pressures of the wild world in the city. He would lose himself in the dense green growth, wandering for hours upon end in a psychedelic haze in which time became irrelevant and solitude was supreme. The rain fell softly upon this evergreen place as he danced between the tall trees and their leafy branches. 

nthng is set to release a new LP on a Lobster Theremin affiliated sub label called Lobster Sleep Sequence. The imprint is designed to showcase ambient music and this sprawling affair from nthng makes for quite a treat described as being "inspired by the last year of the artist's life, spanning visceral dreamscapes, vulnerable aesthetics and ambient techno rhythms."

This latest outing on Multi Culti is a powerhouse of tribal-inflected tracks, eyes-closed percussive spine shakers that provide deep bass therapy as they excite the mind with cinematic atmosphere. If that weren’t enough, cult hero Nicola Cruz returns the remix favour with his massive remix of Brujo Wayuu.

Santiago Niño a.k.a HERMETICS is a Buenos Aires based, Colombian producer that blends traditional folkloric elements with astoundingly immense sound design. His first releases under the ‘Hermetics’ moniker came in 2018 on the legendary R&S, followed by a remix for Nicola Cruz on the latin-american ZZK Records. In the summer of 2020 his single ‘’Escaping Samsara’’ was released on R&S Records, hitting the top 5 on Beatport’s techno chart. Last year’s ''High Strangeness EP'' on Scottish label Optimo Music garnered support from a wide-range of DJs and this EP looks set to crossover even further.

Following the introspective depths of Codonopsis and the provocative excursions of Rumex, we are proud to introduce Orbea - our third Various Artist release. This 15-track compilation continues our exploration of genre-melting sound. Once again, we’ve gathered a selection of artists from across the globe, weaving together their distinct styles into a sonic tapestry that defies easy categorisation.

Musically, Orbea is genre-fluid: blending atmospheric ambient, classical, harrowing vocals and textured noise into fractured breaks, raw electro and wave. This release carries a pulse between inertia and momentum, from the stillness of introspection to the kinetic energy that propels us outward. It’s an ode to contrast, a meditation on tension and release, and above all, a celebration of that which cannot be explained.

The creation of Orbea was as much about collaboration as it was about the music itself. Over the past year, we’ve been blessed to work with a multitude of artists and friends, each bringing their own unique perspectives and talents. Together, we’ve forged a collection that is deeply personal yet universal, reflecting the struggles and triumphs of another relentless year. We extend our gratitude to everyone involved in bringing this to life. 

True to our vision, Orbea showcases sound from under the radar, giving space to the unconventional and experimental - showcasing the sonic landscapes less traveled. Continuing the trend of breaking new artists, Klasse Recordings returns with a fresh new EP from equally fresh new artists. FJAAK are a three-piece production and DJ outfit hailing from Berlin. Young and full of energy these newcomers turn in a stunningly original and well-crafted EP that is well beyond their years.

The Remember Me EP kicks off with its title track, an all analogue journey into a trippy underworld of arpeggio basslines and wonky pads. Robotic voices boldly repeat refrains whilst synths fight for space over a cantankerous groove. The track drops twice with great effect, making a great use of space and suspense.

Small Gadget heads towards darker territories, sitting somewhere in between House, Techno and UK Rhythms the track builds itself around a huge pulsing bassline. Minimal in its construction, Small Gadget's strength lies in its functionality and those spaces inbetween the sounds. This is a guaranteed dancefloor destroyer.

Seven Miles High is the deepest of the three originals, warm pads and dreamy stabs create an intro that effortlessly transports the listener to a lowdown and nasty bassline. FJAAK once again utilize broken beats and off-kilter rhythms to their advantage, the resulting track is a fantastic mix of deep, raw and groovy elements.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Clone Recordings regular Arttu to Klasse. The now Berlin-based Fin turns in two remixes for the Remember Me EP. Remix Number One is a blistering and fuzzy trip into the mind of Arttu and his synthetic friends, a detuned melody repeats over playful drum machine grooves whilst the original pads sit over the track. Remix Number One is available only on the KLS026 vinyl.

Arttu's Remix Number Two is a different beast altogether, aimed squarely at a deranged dancefloor somewhere in the future the track relies on the original's hooky melody. Arttu takes the original parts and mangles them together with distortion and hiss, shuffling snares and random hi hats create a manic groove that only the loosest can get down to.

Second up for the remix team is American producer and WT Records owner Willie Burns, Mr. Burns' work has recently been showcased on L.I.E.S, Clone and Trilogy Tapes and we're very lucky to have him on board for KLS026. Sounding like a long-forgotten Italo-Electro-EBM crossover hit, Willie Burns' re-works the arpeggios and vocals into a much darker and spooky direction....direct and straight to the point, the remix wastes no time getting stuck into the thick of it.
