“Healing Pond” is an oasis lying just beyond the horizon. With dreamy keys and percussion percolating at a gentle simmer, Tile Plazas deliver an intoxicating gem that puts the listener in a mood of peak summer heat waves, where scorching concrete sidewalks mingle with gently swaying palm trees.

"Where Is Acid Eric" EP  weave Goa’s swirling trance lines with broken rhythms, analog squelches, and post-industrial textures. The acid lines are sharp, but never cliché — more mantra than gimmick. Voices float in and out like half-remembered chants. Basslines slide, hypnotize, and then vanish in a cloud of smoke. 

One foot in the dust, one foot in the cosmos. The answer isn’t important. The trip is.

Le Carousel presents PKR044  The second in a new series of remixes under the Le Carousel banner.

Following the extended version of We’re All Gonna Hurt — alongside a remix from Sean Johnston (Hardway Bros / A Love From Outer Space) — PKR044 continues the journey with a brand-new, previously unreleased Le Carousel original.

This track pushes deeper into psychedelic territory — a warped take on the dancefloor formula that channels German electronic influences from Kraftwerk to NEU!, while keeping one foot firmly in the disco.

The star of the show! Curses steps in for the main remix duties, turning up the heat with a driving version that lifts the tempo and energy, but also keeping the trippy feel of the original. For his second remix we get a deep, slung-back roller made for those darker, low-ceiling moments. An incredible pair of remixes, we are blessed! 

Phil Kieran closes the release with his own re-imagining — a bleached-out, blissed-up excursion that strips back the beats in favour of lush synth textures and hypnotic movement. It’s a beautiful, sophisticated counterpoint to the originals.

Lb Honne is a Zürich, Switzerland based producer whose work bridges warm ambient textures, deep house pulses and introspective textures into his unique style. 

Here he joins the roster of Smallville Records, where his forthcoming Brücke EP, arriving December 2025, is set to further his evolution offering tracks that balance emotional depth, dancefloor prowess, and that signature blend of evocative, heartfelt production style.

There’s a particular alchemy that happens when a band and producer find themselves on the same wavelength – not through careful planning, but through the natural convergence of shared musical worlds. Jakarta’s Strange Fruit and electronic artist Jonathan Kusuma have arrived at exactly that point with the Hypnodubmix of “Iridescent,” the first glimpse of the band’s forthcoming Drips EP.

Strange Fruit has always inhabited dual territories. While their shoegaze-leaning live sound draws from dreamy, guitar-driven atmospheres, members Baldi Calvianca and Irza Aryadiaz have deep roots in electronic music – producing, DJing, and moving through the same underground circuits as Kusuma himself. This isn’t a band reaching outside of their comfort zone for a remix; it’s a collaboration between kindred spirits who’ve been orbiting the same musical universe all along.

With releases on Cocktail d’Amore, Correspondant, and Minh, Kusuma strips “Iridescent” back to its essence and rebuilds it as something altogether more hypnotic. Pulsing basslines, dub-driven rhythms, and spectral traces of the vocals drifting through the haze. It’s patient, immersive, and designed for those late-night moments when the dancefloor becomes a meditation.

With three more remixes still to come ahead of the EP’s 2026 release via Gentle Tuesday Recordings, Strange Fruit are charting a new path…

Years ago, at a house party thrown by one of our label founders, a sudden knock on the door sparked the usual fear of a noise complaint in the early morning hours. But this is Berlin after all. Instead of the police, a few friendly neighbors stood outside, loving the music and asking to join the dance. One of them was Scoopsi, who now helps us wrap up this year’s podcast season in style.

Shaped by a classically trained upbringing in Montréal, Scoopsi has been orbiting music since childhood. Now six years in Berlin, she channels that lifelong pull into refined, groove-forward sets—where stripped-back House and Techno meet subtle flashes of jazz, hip-hop, and funk.

A resident of Zapped Records, she’s graced iconic rooms like Hoppetosse, Kater, Sisyphos, and Watergate, as well as festivals from 3000Grad to Mit Dir.
