Life Scripts duo Common Factors aka James Welsh and label boss Alexander Church link up for a fourth EP featuring two Eomac remixes. Common Factors is all about exploring cosmic synths, post-rave breakbeats and ambient beauty; music that makes an emotional as well as physical impact. They have done so three times on this label so far, with Church going solo for the only other release to date. Welsh and Church are also regular studio collaborators on Church's Configurations of Self label, and once again here they craft real studio magic.
Our pick falls on opener 'Protect Express Regulate' has a bulbous bassline but coarse, glitchy hits that cut through the mix. Layered synths rise through the scales and ensure your mind ascends to the heavens while your feet cannot resist the firmly rooted grooves.

Premiere: Far East Flight - Kailash [Electric Shapes]

Tulioxi is one of the new great personalities of the Italian Nu Disco Scene. He Has published at least thirtyworks, among EP's, singles and collaborations with other artists.

Tulioxi has established himself as one of the most interesting talents of the new Italian Disco Scene for the last 10 years. His Works are well respected amid the international community of Indie Disco Artists and his name has been circulating into the inner circle of DJs and producers from all over the world.

For the last decade, his released music shows how creative and prolific he is, keeping his productions at a very high level in terms of originality and experimentation, and his search for a personal sound is confirmed in every new work.

He is one of the masterminds behind Cosmic Sumo Recordings and one of the developers of MEFF, theannual Modular synthesizer Exhibition Fair in Florence, tied to the brand Tiptop Audio, one of the mostpopular synth module manufacturers in Eurorack format.

Video Self-Delight is a great piece of work composed by 2 original tracks - Video Self Delight and Zorkan Machine - and 2 remixes by Günce Aci from Turkey and Stockholm Youth (Stockholm Syndrome and Tronik Youth) from UK and Australia.

The night was warm and balmy, almost as if the sun had never left the sky. It made their journey much more difficult, much longer and more tasking than in the cooler conditions they'd experienced at the outset. The drop off had been significant too, they'd had to leave people behind at most of their checkpoints - now only a few remained. The heat wasn't even the worst of their troubles, there were treacherous obstacles ahead that they'd soon have to tackle.

Brazil-born, Berlin-based producer Rotciv has got an enviable string of releases under his belt. Aside from outings for his own Mister Mistery imprint, he's put out records with Rebirth, Polari, Funnovejere and several on Luv Shack Records, which include collaborative and split EPs with Das Komplex and Space Echo. Last year saw him debut on Jorkes' Freeride Millenium imprint - a joint release with Pauls Musique - and now he makes his return to the former for 'Resemblance'. Made up of four tracks, the release showcases Rotciv's love of enchanting electronics, from trance and minimal synth to acid house and electro grooves.

Belly Dance Services garnishes late summer season with VARIOUS WORLDWIDE III – it’s the third VA chapter featuring five different artists from across the globe.

The journey starts with Tel Aviv based producer LOTT. CAMELS DON’T RUSH, is a great opener driven by one chunky bassline blended with acidic synth elements. A massive tune that shows LOTT’s talent to fuse eastern sounds with western house music inspired elements.

Track two comes from DUCATI FLUX, he’s the Co-Label-Head of Berlin based Odd Pleasures and half of Random Atlas. With NAHUAL, the virtuoso of chilean origin gifted us with a catchy dark tune that is full of playfulness and shows the catchy creative side of the producer.

The third track comes from berliner HEIDENREICH featuring singer OBENOHNI. THE OPPOSITE OF EVERYTHING is not just the name of the song, it’s also what this indie stepper musically stands for. A psychedelic voyage driven by sudden suspense, and also the intense vocal elements make you feel like in a interactive dance cabaret.

The fourth masterpiece comes straight from Amsterdam by PERDU who recently had his release on Live At Robert Johnson. IS IT YOU, FEAR? is a gloomy obscure composition that is guided by percussive elements and builds up to a banquet of trippy grooves.

The final countdown is delivered by Mexican ULISES ARRIETA. CONSTRUCTIONS is dark disco at it’s purest manner: metallic drums creating a sticking melody and the vocal samples that reappear… will make the crowd go bonkers.

Tarvisio EP is the debut release for Sound Du Jour, the new label founded and run by producer La Mano.

The EP’s first single Tarvisio is an acidic, 808 heavy, electro driven workout, with a pulsing bassline and hypnotic, arpeggiated synths.
Veteran DJ/Producer Kiwi works his magic on Tarvisio taking all the important parts of the original and adding floaty pads and strings, new percussive elements and a driving bassline.

The anthemic Kursaal merges layers of breaks with chopped up melodic vocals and a reverb drenched melancholic lead.

Gran canarian dj and producer David Hernandez aka Dunes, releases his second 'Escala de Grises' EP on his very own One Hour Less imprint. 'Gris Oscuro', represents those early hours of the night with a low bpm, a very marked bass and some dark pads. And the 'Gris Claro' make you imagine dawning with a track that it some point reminds a bit of the trance of the 90s with a twisted bass from the TB 303 that gives that acid air to the record.

For the debut digital EP on Viscera Transmissions, Komodo spreads his wings and takes his signature low slung psychedelica to the stars, to reap destruction on extraterrestrial dancefloors across the cosmos.

Title track Mirror Claws begins an ember in the desert, slowly stoked by guitar chord stabs and eerie screeches towards a slow yet inevitable psychedelic inferno.

For Night Crawler, the guitar steps back into co-pilot role as the acid bass takes the saddle, spurring the squelch dragon off into the void with a crack of the 303 whip.

Next up is Vanquished Angst with a dubby desert rock workout. Blazing guitar solos tear across the sky like thunderbolts whilst the hypnotic bassline and guitar progression burn through the dunes.

On the flip, Jonny Rock re-dubs the dub with his Vanquished Angst Dragon Remix. No slightly questionable guitar metaphors here, instead, a mind melting whirlpool of spiraling percussion, vocal quips, bass throbs and pads form a completely bonkers but brilliant piece.

Last but certainly not least, Chez de Milo arms Night Crawler with some serious ordnance. After changing up the beat pattern with a breaksy kick, electro warheads are ago, clearing the way for the original 303 line to cruise through. Heavy!
