Panorama EP could be considered Erta Ale’s personal homage to the early 90's progressive house . Repetitive patterns, infectious bass lines and emotional chord progressions cooked together with precise rhythmical structures as well as featuring short vocal loops and acid lines typical for that time. The intention from Erta is to bring the crowd back in time and far from intellectualism and negative trips, in a place and time where dancing, dreaming and positive feelings were always present on the dance floor. Side B features an impeccable remix by the growing talented Italian duo we.amps, who as usual deliver powerful and tasteful dance floor tracks.

Gaining plaudits from Rex The Dog, DJ Sundae and the late great Andrew Weatherall, 2022 looks set to be fruitful as he adds a new label to his catalogue with a debut appearance on La Mano’s newly-minted Sound Du Jour imprint. Positiver is a fresh new producer based in VIlnius, Lithuania. His love for music started in DJ duo ''Absurd'', but few years, when pandemic hit the world and rushing life had to stop, it was a time to get back to your trueself. Inspired by musicians like Sweely, Adam Pits or Liquid Earth, experimentation with sound design began. Cozy bedroom grew into studio with synthesizers and jamming abilities. "Groovy drums, jumpy basslines, uplifting pads and acid motives is what drives me the most while jamming in the studio'' - he says.

Human Endeavour Records, the newest member of the Ransom Note Records label family, returns with ‘Confession Time’, its second release and first solo artist EP from DJ, vocalist and producer Anastasia Zems.

Four tracks of heads down, mid-tempo sludge that sees her thread the needle between acid, EBM, new beat and cold wave.

On the inspiration behind the EP, Anastasia explains: “Behind each of the tracks there is a story about something personal. It so happens that my vocals usually appear in tracks during improvisation and most often do not change. This is my way of expressing feelings. It turns out that this is the time for confession.”

PREMIERE : Orka - Beauty Is In Everything (ELUARD Remix)

The sea glistened underneath the sun; each wave twinkled brightly as it lapped against the rocky shore. He'd holed up on a bench at the top of the cliff, one that gave him a perfect viewpoint of the unending waterline. The breeze whipped at his hair and the tassel on his scarf, he inhaled deeply, breathing in the fresh sea air. It was soothing up here, there was something so incredibly freeing about it, almost as if he were above earth and looking down on it...

London-based label Inside Out start tying up their run of 2022 releases with a new EP from Tecwaa titled Future Sonic Luminaries. The fellow London residing producer follows up releases on Hoga Nord and Futureboogie with his first outing for Stevie R & Alex Zed's label, which features three cuts that veer in different sonic directions. There's hypnotic downtempo and acid-driven breaks and bass, all of which are tied together by a cosmic atmosphere.

Cristiano Grim is back with the second number of his experimental zine/compilation , FAKE2-120AMERICA .
Obsessed by the work of the cult poet Pierpaolo Pasolini and his seedy film "Salo or 120 Days of Sodom" , the original short story behind by Marquis De Sade and Dante' s "Divine Comedy" structure which Pasolini mirrored during his screenwriting session with Sergio Citti, Cristiano Grim coded that “ anarchy of the power” in the contemporary North American society, through a desecrating prose and poignant portraits of a country drowned in 3 masochist "circles" : BLOOD, MANIAS and SHIT.
Original film photography was taken in the streets and the underground scenes of New York, Memphis, Nashville, Durham, Virginia and South Carolina. Jonathan Castro nailed his second collaboration with Cristiano Grim , disrupting his photography with a spirited overexposed technique and metallic colors. Music by : Alessandro Adriani which featured the whole A side of the release with 3 tracks with the contribution of Cosimo Damiano and Riccardo Chiaretti, legendary IDM musician CEX, Italian psychedelic duo Mushrooms Project, Californian musician Aaron Coyes (1/2 Peaking Lights), italian ambient musician Alexia Robbio, Roman techno producer Ida Mandato, New York industrial band INTRZN, Riga’s sound artist Reinis Semevics, San Francisco’s video artist and musician YNV, mystery vocalist VETA DAY.
The publication includes the essay “Sulphur, Sin or Synergy: On BDSM and Othering” by NVDP. Offset by SNEL, vinyl pressed by Deepgrooves , Mastering by Spaventi Studio, Manufacturing and Distribution by Bordello a Parigi , Logistics by Riccardo Feleppa.
FAKE2-120AMERICA includes : 2x180gr black Vinyl with 11 tracks + 36 pages offset zine with original film photography and poems by CRISTIANO GRIM , the essay “Sulphur, Sin or Synergy: On BDSM and Othering” by NVDP.

Following the partnership between Altrimenti and Quindi for a suite of remixes of Cabaret du Ciel, the two Italian labels collaborate once again to explore three vivid versions of tracks from Woo’s exquisite album "Paradise In Pimlico". 
The verdant, delicate musicality of Woo’s original material offers an abundance of riches for remixers, and the results are true to Altrimenti’s stated purpose to explore and experiment in the fusion of different approaches to electronic music.
On the A side, Joseph Tagliabue offers up a snaking, psychedelically charged
dancefloor vision of ‘Cadenza d’Innocenza’. Milan-based Tagliabue has developed a potent sonic signature across releases for labels like Invisible Inc. and Sound Metaphors before starting his own Blue Sea Studio as an outlet for his expanding work into the field of contemporary soundtracks. That cinematic sensibility comes through in waves on this subtly trance-licked epic - a soaring set piece for the most dramatic of party situations.
On the B side, Leeway opens proceedings with his remix of ‘Even More Notes’. As the founder of Wain Records and the Scram club night, the London-based producer is fostering a culture of leftfield dance music with an organic sensibility. On his interpretation of Woo, he offers up a more experimental, dub-informed strain of 4/4 club rhythms.
Completing the set, Other Lands & Linkwood join forces for their approach to ‘Gold Star’. Other Lands is also known as Fudge Fingas, and alongside Linkwood he helped shape the warm, deeply rooted house sound of seminal label Firecracker Recordings. The duo’s affinity for soulful musicianship and the disco roots of house music comes through in this spiralling, hazy rendition perfectly pitched at moments when a softer, more spiritual approach is needed without losing the guidance of an insistent groove.
Once again the overarching theme on this collection of remixes remains quality - a pursuit of meaningful expression, originality and open-hearted musicality. From the source material to the resulting remixes, the pursuit was a successful one
