Bordello A Parigi’s latest release brings together two heavyweights for something particularly special. Aroy Dee, founder of M>O>S Recordings, has been at the coalface of machine music for more than twenty years; Marco Antonio Spaventi, an exceptional composer with over a decade’s experience. The pair offered the tear-stained vocoder ballad of “Desire” two years back, now they return for “Sorrow.” Crisp rhythms and considered synth scales form the bedrock from which J.C.’s emotion wrung lyrics ensnare. A tale of lovelorn pain, a psychological journey of lamentations and mistakes, the track adopts the heartache of wave romance and contrasts it with clean musical lines. The “Space Dub” of the flip transforms those powerful lyrics to give space for brightness to enter. Cascading chords and sunlight break through as arpeggio quivers introduce vocoder vocals in this superb re-interpretation that balances warmth with frigid shades.

The respected Madrid-based Sagan Club collective started its beautiful journey nine years ago. In order to celebrate the occasion, they decided to put together a four-volume compilation series, coming soon on Cenital Music, featuring some of the artists who have already rocked the boat and set the roof on fire at their previous memorable events: Delone, JackWasFaster (SXDNS219), LagreSca, and Hyman Bass, one of the resident DJs and founders of the collective, brought their own worlds to the first chapter, following a backbone soundscape but keeping true to their own characteristic sonorities and focusing on what really matters: Keeping the dance floor happy, baby!

Premiered here, JackWasFaster’s collaboration definitely raises the bar of the already solid compilation. The interesting title, “Ora Et Labora” – or “pray and work” in English –, refers to the Catholic monastic practice of working and praying – and Jack worked hard and meticulously to deliver such a mind-blowing cut. Did he pray? No idea. The important is the outcome: The gripping vocal hook, rhythmic synth lead, and exhilarating acid layer he put together deliver a powerful and imperative theme.

Fog hung thick and heavy in the air, covering the trees and the roofs of the houses along the street. It brought a palpable sense of mystery to the place, as though something strange and unsettling could happen at any moment. Odd occurrences had happened here before; unexplainable situations and curious disappearances that had previously been cast off as nothing by those who weren't superstitious. Many still believed this street to be under a certain spell though, and they weren't willing to stick around for something to happen...

Stuttgart-based producer Zamal's debut EP takes Freeride Millenium - the imprint run by Vienna-based DJ and producer Jorkes - down a new sonic path. Following a series of self-released tracks and two contributions to the label's Queer Base and Impact compilations, he delivers Vague, which moves the label into the realms of techno, with its tough grooves and galloping drum workouts. It comes backed by remixes from Raphael Schön and RIOTVAN owner Peter Invasion with regular collaborator Gregor Habicht, who veer the originals into classic cosmic Freeride Millenium territory.

This track is an unprejudiced collage where reggaeton, beatbox, Cuban son and Arabic melodies are mixed, with strong attention to vocal arrangements.

Sung and written by Gwen, it’s a result of a meditation on the duality the human being experiences. Being able to perceive itself as a god, a creator of what surrounds it as well as a tiny fraction of the universe. It’s nothing and everything at once. Although dark, playful, and humorous elements appear. The traverse flute at the end is an unexpected collaboration with the musician and composer Emanuel Nallin (ESP) .

It does not pretend to belong to any genre and could be said that it is family related to the song “Soft Boy II”,  the 8th track of her second album “Eudemónica” (2016). This single includes 2 remixes from Aleito and Fernanda Arrau.

Gwen Moore is an Argentinian vocalist, DJ, and producer a.k.a " Corporal Moore" based in Spain. She was part of the underground techno scene in Buenos Aires, after releasing 2 albums and 2 EPs in the electronic pop genre. Explores hypnotic basses, cold and disciplined beats, and vocals from different planes. Although her sets are focused on techno, indie dance; vocal techno, her productions eclectic due to her search as a singer.

Creator of the party “+SUAVE” in Cocoliche (ARG)  with Kinda in 2019 and its Resident, she participated in parties such as LOCA, FAGOT Party, Entrenar la Fiesta by O.R.G.I.E, DURX by Tebas, in BURNING MAN (USA) 2018 and 2019 Wrongtown Camp and Savage Kingdom Artcar AND ERUPCIONES.

As a producer, she has worked with Vedette (ARG), NEM (ARG / ITA)

After his debut on Kaputt.wav with his track 'Two Worlds', Mufti the Mexican dungeon master returns with his first solo EP 'Eyes Shuttered' for the Colombian imprint. 

With a transatic an hypnotic growl that developes and grows throughout, the single 'Eyes shuttered' sets the tone for a dance in the night or in the woods, through clever synthesis , mist, and the words, ''I summon, a creature in disguise , eyes shuttered in the middle of the dark'. Definitely one of Mufti's polished works.

For his second single, Mufti picks up his guitar and turns on the distortion to drive us to the different paths of 'Desires' in his characteristic musical style.

Eyes shuttered also have taken two different ways by being remixed for two incredible and over the top music producers.

'DC Salas', the Belgium & Peruvian master goes full on gotham style and release the chains of the dark creature in his take of the single.

On the other hand, 'Mishell' from Tel Aviv, turn up the bass and swing it like only he does in his minimalistic way.
