"Kiosque Of Arrows 2" is Detlef Weinrich’s (a.k.a. Tolouse Low Trax) first compilation for Bureau B.
Eleven tracks of unique pop fusions meander through states of casualness, a nocturnal thirst for adventure, and the intense yearnings of hot, sultry afternoons with an uneven and brittle quality. It all helps to pinpoint Tolouse Low Trax as artist and curator in the grander scheme of things, whilst evoking the spirit of countless nights at the Düsseldorfer Salon des Amateurs.

Me Me Me celebrates its 5th anniversary with a double EP release from
label boss Man Power.

The eclectic imprint, known for output from Juan Maclean, Club Tularosa, Austin Ato, Vyvyan and Shit Robot, drops its first split EP release, with ‘Sorted’ on 24th September and ‘Monkey’ on 8th October.

Man Power’s first release for Me Me Me label since 2019, ‘Sorted’ marks the first of two EPs for the label’s 5th Anniversary, recruiting North East England artists Dharma and Beyonders for remix duties across both releases. 

On ‘Sorted’, the first of the two EPs, Man Power draws for a raucous cacophony of sirens on the title cut, with a heaving low-end and dense breakbeats providing the backdrop for anthemic vocal slices towards the end of the track.

Fresh from Permanent Vacation’s recently released ‘Permanent Vacation 7’ compilation, Dharma returns to Me Me Me with a remix that twists the original into an emotive and perpetually building piece of late-night euphoria. Rounding out the release is ‘Glossolalia’, which sees a tumbling acid line colliding with rowdy drums as tweaked out organ-esque drones pulsate throughout.

Part 1 of Me Me Me’s 5th Anniversary release ‘Sorted’ drops on 24th September.

There was a harsh chill in the air this evening; it was a sudden departure from the warm days they'd become accustomed to of late. Shorts and T-Shirts were quickly exchanged for jumpers and scarves and the smiling groups who'd gathered each day to bask and bathe in the sunshine were no longer anywhere to be seen. What a contrast from one day to the next, not only in the weather or the people's attire but the mood that it provoked...

As a producer, remixer and collaborator, Rome's A-Tweed has been busy at work of late. His productions have been coming out think and fast on the likes of Playground records, Feines Tier, Duro, Sinchi Collective and Electric Shapes - the Lithuanian label he's making a return to for his newest release Crack Of Dawn. Two originals and two reworks from Electric Shapes affiliate Rambal Cochet and Aditya Permana make up the release, all of which are built on sludgy, crawling acid, trance and EBM influences.

Not many people knew about the wonders of this underground party. It was, and always had been, a word of mouth situation, restricted to those who were non-judgmental and willing to let go of their inhibitions. This is the way it would always be: it ensured the space to be safe, sacred and untouched, and the partygoers to be faces who'd soon become friends and not remain strangers. 

For their next release, a digital two-tracker titled The Leisure Hive, NYC's Throne Of Blood link up three Philadelphian artists: Optimo and Les disques de la mort signees Zillas On Acid and Permanent Vacation and Mister Saturday Night alumni Alex Burkat. The three artists first met at Dave P's Making Time parties where the former duo have been resident DJs for years. It's this night that inspired the idea behind this new release: two "psychedelic dance floor jams" that are custom-made to soundtrack the frivolities at open-minded soirees like Making Time.
