Following our good friend Lee Burridge past the sunset and well into the day as sandstorms whipped past us in the background we stood amongst friends and strangers (who are just friends we’ve yet to meet) and we danced and celebrated together, participating in the beauty of a shared moment that can only be held in our memories as a mere shadow of what we truly experienced… What an honor to be part of it all. A big thank you to everyone who helped make that moment happen.

The tenth edition of the microcastle podcast welcomes label artist MUUI back for his second showcase. The Berlin based producer is coming off his second project for us entitled 'Seminal'. Released in February, the four track EP featured another diverse selection of music, earning support from John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo,  Guy J, Sasha, Nick Warren, Guy Mantzur, Agents of Time, Third Son, Stephan Bodzin, Gardens of God and many more. 

For the tenth edition of our podcast we've chosen a live show of MUUI's from a recent gig at S.A.S.H in Sydney, Australia. Comprised of all his own originals, showcased are six brand new, unheard tracks along with live / alternate versions of his Bengal remix, 'Placid', 'Hide Seek', 'Clouds', 'Touch', 'Taet' and ending  in gorgeous fashion with 'Vrijeme'. microcastle podcast 010 // MUUI Live from S.A.S.H, Sydney

What brings people together? Why do we make friends, form relationships and associate ourselves with one another? For love? Common interest? Gain? 

In the case of Frankey & Sandrino what brought them together was a sense of musical correlation, an understanding and realisation in something great. Since the duo formed in 2014 they have released an array of expertly crafted EP's on some of the most definitive record labels in electronic music. Mule, Kompakt and Innervisions have all opened doors to the pair and now they find themselves in a pioneering position amidst dance music. We are delighted to be able to welcome Sandrino, one half of the duo, to contribute as part of our Ransom Note mix series.
