Ok folks, instead of the CORONA Blues we have buyed some brass instruments and leraned to play them as best as we can in this times... Of course learning a brass instrument after more than 30 years of making music with other instuments it´s a new experience for us... It expending the horizon of making music and sounds... It´s a new area for us... Starting today with this new sound... Next times we post more of this new (brass) & kopje stuff here. This is a first track in a jazzy layed back mode were i played the cornet and it´s called Lazy Siren... We´ll hope you have fun with it...

Jana Varga is a Slovak artist living in London and her music is very much in the timeless singer-songwriter traditions of American and British artists of the late 60's through to the present day. Like all good songwriters, Jana tells her own story and she fuses Americana and folk with her love of jazz and a classical music background, giving much of her work a trademark added 'musicality'.

‘Deserve My Love’ is about mutual 'giving' in a relationship, rather than simply taking and/or waiting for the other person to make you happy.

Written by my longtime collaborator and friend Ron Yamauchi, “Me Oh My” gives me the opportunity to stretch vocally from calm reflection to an emotional roar, knowing well what inspired Yamauchi’s powerfully personal lyrics.

I've also created a new lyric video for the song.Filmed over 3 seasons in 2020, it captures my city walking meditations just before & during the pandemic. Walking became a meditation on how to stay connected to the world during the pandemic.

Well we're safe again for another year, the Goat Child has been appeased by our disco song, but why did we take so many risks? Why did we play a genre we are so unfamiliar with, sometimes it felt like it was turning into some sort of off tempo country song. And why didn't we work on the song all day instead of waiting until the evening?
   Anyway, at least we're safe now, until January 26th next year, when it all begins again!
