We love when music tells a story. We love it more when music completes a story. Two anguished hearts caught in the woes of love attempt to translate their hurt in their art. Their creativity transports them to a plane where they connect again. A plane forged by music, dance and a common intensity of emotion. An original rearrangement of Mehdi Hassan and Ahmad Faraz’s ghazal “Ranjish Hi Sahi” frames and feeds the story.

BLUES'D NOT BRUISED is the 2nd official release from the upcoming album 'Brown Man's Funk'. The song is the story of how the band is bruised by life and it's doings before every jam, but their love for Funk and blues music is the real game changer and eventually heals their worrying wounds. The groove that just doesn't move, it also re-moves.

D-110, a jam room run by Siddharth Gupta, a dear friend and musician, has seen not just the inception process and the initial phases of our band, but been our safe space for the last four and a half years. D-110 - The Revisit Project

Making a funk song about the most under appreciated cricketer of his era has never been this easy. The impact both these matches and Rahul Dravid has had on not just cricket but the entire modern history of Brown people is unfathomable. He is and will always be the wall, standing tall to take all the hits and still have the same intensity for years to come. He not just steered the ship during the the lows such as "the tennis elbow" years, or "the Ganguly needing a keeper" saga, but also took charge of the recent under 19 squad to give us Prithvi and Shubhman for the future. He is the unsung hero we need to celebrate for eons and beyond. We love you Jammy.

The inception of the band is a result of a long thought process over 
bringing back some of the greatest tunes of all time and adding to it 
our own style . TRP is all about paying tribute to the distinguished 
musicians and unmasking a new rendition of some of their best hits . 
Our motive is to explore more and give to the audience, a newer 
version/taste of these songs while keeping them all hooked and 
nostalgic . Ours is purely an instrumental band giving feel of a jam band with some whacked out musicians . You don't want to miss this!
