The Rocker

The Rocker project was born in 2003 from an idea had by Edo Arlenghi, singer, composer and leader of the band. The Rocker purposely written in the singular, represents the musical soul of his singer.

Italian Bastards the first album for The Rocker was released in February 2010

The original line up that recorded ITALIAN BASTARDS was formed by :
Edo on vocals , Walter Caliaro on guitar, Fortu Sacka’ on bass and Francesco Jovino on drums,well known as the ex drummer of the German heavy metal God U.D.O. 

The Rocker has opened the festival Gods of Metal in june 2009 at the Brianteo’ s stadium in the city of Monza. The top of the bill at the Gods of Metal was rapresented by Motley Crue and Black Sabbath with R.J. DIO.🤘
In 2011,The Rocker supported Y&T and Europe 

In 2013 is  time for BLOOD STRENGTH & SOUL, second album.
The cd has been recorded in Los Angeles at the Command studios.
Recorded and mixed by Mr. Fabrizio Grossi,bass player for the band Supersonic Blues  Machine.
The mastering was done by Mr. Pete Doell at Universal in Los Angeles.

Mr.Simon Wright ex ACDC & DIO, recorded his drums on B.S.& SOUL.
Mr.Fabrizio Grossi  played all the bass lines and
Mr.Serjo Aschieris played all the guitars.

In 2020 Edo Arlenghi worked (during the lockdown)on the construction of 12 tracks for the new cd which will be released in February 2022.
The first single of the album which will be titled KEEP ROCK N ROLL ALIVE is dedicated to the club 27 and the great bands that made RnR huge,worldwide.

The new single will be released on Sound Cloud,Spotify,ITunes,You Tube etc.. the 1st of June 2021.The single
carries the title of the new album KEEP ROCK N ROLL ALIVE.
