"Sariling Mundo" is a Tagalog phrase that roughly translates to "one's own world".

This chill-out, ambient track attempts to capture the mood of living in one's own little world... and escaping it. Escaping a world where you have very little in common with your roots. A world where what you thought gave you identity was actually forcing you to be something you're not.

when the world has just begun,
when life learned how to eat off the rays of the sun.

Time makes everything new,
balances the askew,
weighs down on everything until it cannot do.

won't wait for anything,
will leave all in its wake.

There's no right or wrong in the end.

Three consciousnesses with three different backgrounds who never met each other, never in the same room together. Intertwined by their passion for the song, brought right beside each other by the escape. Engaged by the mechanism of the experience of creation, controlled by tide that does not come from them, but flows through them.

The Room 8X Project is a DIY online music collaboration between Richard Rull who is based in the Philippine province of Negros Occidental, Emmanuel Inting who is based in the Philippine province of Bohol and Marco Abundo who is based in Virginia in the USA.

Richard's main influences are The Beatles, Led Zeppelin,Pink Floyd,Beck,Radiohead,Chino Moreno,Omar Rodriguez,Sonic Youth and the laid back vibe of the countryside
 .
Emmanuel's main influences are Dimebag Darrell, Between the Buried and Me, Cloudkicker, Jimi Hendrix, Fredrik Thordendal.

Marco's main influences are: NIN, Deftones, Smashing Pumpkins, Joy Division, Radio Dept., DJ Shadow, Helmet and Slayer.
