It's a different kind of leaving home when my soul is sown with the seeds of stones, and my pockets fill with the dreams of those who have sighs that sing through the green sea foam. So I close my eyes and I set my tone, and I find myself crawling back to you. 
Oh but the first time I had never felt so sad as that castle on the island gave itself up to the land. But I knew something then that I forget now that my mind is filled with nothing else but you. 
I never thought I would go so far, throw myself into the stars as you catch fireflies in jars. And the best thing yet was something stumbling from afar, but majestic and bizarre up close, that kicks against your heart. So I close my eyes and whisper 'que sera sera' and throw myself across the ocean straight to you.
But by the third time I closed my eyes across the bridge, and I forgot to hold my breath and that's a kind of sacrilege. But I knew something then, and I will call it back somehow, but my mind is filled with nothing else but you.
Now there is no time to wander through my mind, and to while away the holiday with ideas for how to die. And though I must admit that there was a time that I, I thank my stars that when I fell I fell to you.
Now I'm exhausted, but something's clarified inside. It's like a tiny part of my poor heart has its windows open wide. And so the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth - one-hundredth fucking time, I'll let the winds that whip me carry me to you.
