May 17, 2011: The Day of awakening of The Sleeping Cell is here...
Their first hit is "Long Life", introduced by "La Repubblica XL", one of the most popular Italian web magazines; the debut album is called "The Sleeping Cell", which is now available in the best music stores and on iTunes.
So, who are the members of The Sleeping Cell?

These artists come from different experiences, converging, each of them very contemporary.The project is an exaltation of the punk mind and glamour style of each of them. The band members do solo work, and they work with others artists, but they merge together perfectly in THE SLEEPING CELL, with the "formula" created in the studio and on stage, where the band does its best:
Zaionair, singer and writer, ex frontgirl for the electro project Minimod and for the Dub-System Almamegretta.
Misterection aka Mario Grimaldi, versatile performer who gained his skills growing up in Italian underground projects like Valderrama 5, Supervixens and Nista.
Some tracks were previously on two compilations: MADRENALINA VOL.1, created for the contemporary art museum MADRE; and "THIS IS NAPLES VOL.1" from Freakout Magazine.
In addition to performing live sets in numerous clubs, The Sleeping Cell performed in August 2009 at the Sziget Festival in Budapest, on the MTV Rock Stage. In November 2010 TSC was the winner of the "EDISON: Change The Music" contest, the first ecofriendly initiative
to lower the enviromental impact of musical events. The tracks called“LONG LIFE and “J.C.PR” are the soundtrack of Yamamay and Carpisa’s spots 2011, very popular italians underwear and accessorizes.brands.
In July 2011 they won "Best Live Act" for Rai Radio 1, their first national broadcast.
So it is born... The Sleeping Cell, the culmination and at the same time the beginning of a new trip.
