I woke up in ya bed last night surprised by the thought of it. You barely give me anything but oddly I want more of it. Alcohol on our breath, no plans with the ex. Slurred words passionate sex, what else can I say that I haven't expressed? Close my eyes fill the void for moment, surreal I'm in awe. How am posed to feel when it's real to my heart? How I'm posed to deal when in steel in ya heart? The other night u said I still own ya heart, but I'm laying right next to u n still feel apart. Chilled in the dark, still in my thoughts, cause I'm laying right next to u n still feel the part. The girl of my dreams in my nightmares, I'm wide awake can't sleep. Wanna wake her up to tell her that I love her, but that I can't keep. I wonder of she was sober, would she invite me over? Would she entice me closer, keep the door ajar don't wanna find the closure. I know you hit a wall I must've missed it, I never knew this type of love existed. Fuck, it's like a drug addiction, you fear the fall I'm willing to fucking risk it. So make it hurt bitch play ya part, do what they all did, break my heart. Turn ya back on me let me face the dark, is it the end or a place to start? Good question. What I ain't worth the fight? Love is war, I've earned my stripes. Further more you'd be the perfect wife, my home fries you don't burnt em twice, Breakfast at Tiffany's.

4. Breakfast At Tiffany's (The St. ValenTimes Project)

A dedication to you, whoever you are:

	Strange, when I began this project I didn’t expect for it to become this “monster” it became. It took on a life of it’s own, snowballed into this raw. Sadistic, twisted, obsessive roller coaster ride. This means so much more to me than just rhymes and beats, this is me, my pain, my joy, my story.

	These records are real life events converted into song, pieces to a puzzle. I am far from perfection, I am flawed like any other man, but when I love, I love to the maximum, the extreme. I thought I knew what love was before her, I was wrong. Love is more than just a four letter word, its inexplicable. Silence can speak volumes and when the flesh yearns for someone naturally without effort. That is love. 

	One of our last conversations she told me she could never be upset over anything I put on record because she knew the truth, our truth. No matter how ugly it appeared it didn’t matter because music is my expression, tragic yet beautiful. Coming to grips with reality doesn’t always coincide with what your heart desires but ultimately it was my decision. I’ve accepted what it is, released my hold, and have faith in what will become of it.

	Back to the wind, eyes to the sky, I move forward. Although moving on seems so far fetched the longest journeys all begin with one singular step. The “St. ValenTimes Project” is a verbal parallel to my individual experience yes, but everybody lives, everybody loves and everybody loses. So I’m no different from him or her. In the immortal words of the great Charles Bukowski:

“We are always ripe and ready for the taking.”
