Sweaty Palms are a four piece reggae/fusion band from Montreal, QC, Canada consisting of:

Eric Io - Vocals/Guitar
Hugh Lapham - Bass
James Bernard - Keyboards
Nick Wroe - Drums

We've been around since summer 2015 playing gigs locally in Montreal and around Quebec. One summer we drove ourselves to Victoria, BC, and back for a month long cross-Canada tour stopping in as many cities as possible along the way.

Our self-titled four song EP was released October 30, 2015 and since then we've written an additional 2.5 to 3 hours of material. Our first album, Which Way, was recorded over the span of a few months this year and is now ready for indulgence. It is 65 minutes long, 14 tracks with several guest singers and now full member James Bernard on keyboards. 

To date all the music and lyrics have been written by Eric Io, all rights reserved.
