At our latest stage hosting for Drift we invited Islas for the closing slot. She blew us away with a floor-oriented set crossing genres on the move.

Islas' roots were in the visual art. As she grew, the curiousness to sound grew with her. Starting with sets bringing together ambient, ASMR and spoken word; currently reviving dance floors with energetic and highly percussive gems. As artistic busy bee, Ailsa co-founded the PLANET collective and helped in founding belgian dance label Basic Moves. As person, a down to earth girl whose determination immediately sparkes interests.
