Helios Ridge is the first of many Simulation Thesis songs to emphasize the 7 string guitar in addition to the Chapman Stick and analog synthesizers. I've decided to release this tune early as the new release date for Phaenon is now set at January 22nd of 2022.

This track is something I've been progressively working on since the very first days I started using Ableton Live 8! One version of it I already released a couple years ago, "Infested Corridors" which is on the Drifted EP. This version though has taken by far the most time to make, and I absolutely love the end result. Mixing Industrial, Trap, Neurofunk and Drumstep, this track really defies those genre completely.
