"Stompin' With Stax" recorded in 2014 - the song was originally composed by Towerin' Memphis Stax, arising out of a jammed instrumental during his debut Wreckers' gig (Chicago 1959) with lyrics subsequently added by Footstompin' Leroy Scott (vocals arranged & performed by Leroy and guest vocalist, Lady Magenta).

Gattlin' Axe Forman (guitar) and Towerin' Memphis Stax (tenor sax), with Footstompin' Leroy Scott (bass) &  guest drummer, Ted McKenna. SLEEPWALK

Footstompin' Leroy Scott (vocals, harmonica, bass and acoustic guitar) & Gattlin' Axe Forman (slide guitar) are featured on this Delta Blues track with guest drummer, Alan Dale. The song was written by Son House in 1930 and most famously recorded by Robert Johnson in 1936.
