Tanya Mellotte is a songwriter, vocalist and producer from Scotland, currently based in Belfast. As a songwriter she has worked most recently with DAVID HOLMES for his UNLOVED music project. Three of these songs appear in Emmy nominated US TV drama KILLING EVE. Other sync’d co-writes include work with CHA CHA COHEN (Chemical Underground Records).

As a vocalist Tanya recently worked with MARK EITZEL and BERNARD BUTLER on Eitzel’s critically acclaimed album “Hey Mr Ferryman” and again with David Holmes on his “Holy Pictures” LP, (which includes a duet with Holmes), as well as with Japanese producers HANDSOMEBOY TECHNIQUE and HALFBY. Tanya has also appeared onstage with the likes of VAN DYKE PARKS, MARK GARDENER (Ride) and HAR MAR SUPERSTAR.

Other selected career highlights include recording 5 sessions for the legendary John Peel show on Radio One, playing live shows/DJing across Japan, USA, Europe & UK and appearing at festivals like Glastonbury, Bestival and T In The Park. Tanya has co-produced remixes for labels including Epic, Moshi Moshi, Saddle Creek. When not making music she works in film & TV production, recent credits include Star Wars The Last Jedi and Game of Thrones.
