It has been said that something as
small as the flutter of a butterfly's
wing can ultimately cause a typhoon
halfway around the world.

Similarly on the decks, combining 2 small loops on 2 separate channels can turn a sample into a song. With a connection like this between partners, they can take some samples and clash them together in such a way that it leaves a crowd breathless… 
Without them even knowing what’s going on. 

Being in the scene and learning from others left us to find our own unique style of mixing. Both having dabbled a bit with producing, left an idea. It’s all just samples being mixed to create the track. Why don’t we just do it live? On cdjs, with samples found inside our favourite tracks. 

Through this we were introduced to looping songs in while the other track is playing and so figured out how to chop up and change songs that are playing by adding elements from another track. This then lead to not even mixing but just playing around with loops on multiple channels for minutes on end, to create our own sound. 

This has changed our perspective to djing and what possibilities there lie whilst standing behind the decks. With 4 hands on deck at all times leaves endless variations of what you thought a song could be. 

Dub house / Dub techno took a drastic fall in the early 2000’s. But with the hypnotic sounds found in these tracks left us in awe. We are here to bring it back. And with one small loop at a time we will enlighten the human soul.

Within the chaos of pilling samples on top of one another comes order when it’s done correctly. A sound one is unfamiliar with, a feeling, a different perspective, a better perspective.
