Mined out of the depths of the “super-pit” known as the “Perth music scene”, The Vincent Gallows took shape in the late stages of 2011.

Through common friendships, the group knocked about in the percussionist’s legionnaire-spawned basement leading to the formation of the current-day 4 piece. The dye was cast. Colourful musical influences and home-grown heritage has morphed the band into one of Perth’s most promising outfits. With a musical-persona not dissimilar to a number of gritty garage rock groups of the 60- 70’s, the band maintains a striking uniqueness with vocal confidence and solid hooks throughout. – Tyson Miller
