Ceaseless bursts of light pierce through to guide you across the maze of rocks that lurk below the surface for all but a few hours at low tide. "Koquu (虚空)" is the place where nothing obstructs and everything exists. It is one of the five elements of "Godai (五大)", the five elements that make up all things.
There is a Buddhist term for the word "Koquukai (虚空界)" .
It means the world of "Shinnyo (真如)", which is the essential world that encompasses and embraces everything, without colour and without form. Everything is in the space of nothingness.

Kopuu (虚空)とは、何も妨げるものがなく、すべてのものの存在する場所のことです。万物を構成する５つの要素「五大」の一つです。
仏教用語に「Koquukai (虚空界）」という言葉があります。
一切を包括し擁する、色もなく形もない本源的な真如の世界を意味します。すべては何もない無の空間の中にある。

We warmly welcome to the Colombian artist Zemög whom we had the pleasure of inviting to one of our showcases in 2022 at Under Club.  

‘Daxita’ is the first full length album composed by Zemög. Opening up his possibilities as a producer, implanting cinematographic, futuristic, psychedelic and ritualistic sounds with shades of depth and delicacy, this album brings together many of the sound aesthetics that the artist has had during his more than a decade of artistic career. ‘Daxita’ is influenced by mushroom trips and the use of psilocybin; and the 10 tracks tell a story in a specific order that mutates into other sonic dimensions while you listen, with an unexpected and carefully executed evolution. Sound design plays a big part here, whispering textures, captivating rhythms, and resonant, acidic synthesis. Both the name of the album and the names of the tracks are taken from a native Colombian language, faithfully representing the sonority of each passage. 'Ajenaya' introduces the album with a cinematic soundscape, deep pads and sibilant ascending arpeggios that immerse us in a spiral of emotions. After the ambient prologue, the first beats immediately enter with 'Kamajita' and its dreamy arpeggios, an astral journey that refers to the milky way, to the observation of the stars from the top of a mountain. The guide continues with the subtle reverberating bells of 'Kapajojoro' concentrating the groove on the set of toms and the wandering synthesizer. 'Jireta' takes us into a moment of dance, a ritualistic half-time track that connects with our interior and our body movements. 'Fuliawaito' charges us with balanced harmony, spotting a foggy sunrise between the mountains, whispering, acidic textures and minimalist bells are responsible for transporting us to the depths of the jungle. We immediately entered a state of hypnotic confusion with the second half-time track 'Babuna', which with aquatic percussions and modular sounds take us to an immersive state of complete mutation, shamanism is back. Daxita's ritual sweet spot is 'Fungus', tribal percussions and delicate synthetic playing underscore a sense of exoticism and savagery. Followed by 'Aitawa' a track mainly composed of modulated synths and a kick, but with enough acidity to awaken the senses. The epilogue of the album is summarized in the last 2 tracks: 'Matakapona' a melancholic track with acid bass lines and hopeful pads, and the closing with the methodical and changing arpeggios of 'Damuku' leaving a state of purification at the end of the ritual.

The 58th edition of the vurt podcast features a fantastic 110 minute set from Philipp Kim, a DJ working in the underground Seoul scene.

Through a unique category created by his dual activities of both DJing and working as a sound engineer, Philipp Kim creates sets that expand on the sonic aesthetic that is one of the hallmarks of contemporary deep techno. He particularly excels at expressing an organic and lifelike sound through his selection of tracks that create ambiance through the resonance of percussive rhythms and that of contemporary rhythms, made up of smaller, finely expanded particles, as well as his excellent mixing of reversals within the set's flow to dramatize the dynamics of the dancefloor. As the director of vurt’s new party, 결 Gyeol, he is also constantly broadening his creative spectrum with techno as his guiding centerpiece, and is always on the lookout for high quality, talented artists.

Italian Techno DJ and producer Dorian Gray deals with electronic music far beyond its partying aspect. 
After his acclaimed Nyctophilia EP released on 'Android muziq' in 2015, Dorian’s work appeared on international active imprints such as Ascetic Limited, Illegal Alien, and Substrato to name a few. Production work aside, Dorian firmly states that his first love is DJing where he continues to push forward, spreading his word in several gigs across Europe including the legendary Tresor and the infamous Jaded in London. His progressively built sets oscillates between deep techno and more club-oriented and hard-hitting sonorities.

Hello guys, it was a pleasure to receive an invitation to make a dj set in which I can propose my musical vision from ambient to deep techno. 
Music for me is above all feeling and my inspirations are inside and outside of me: ancient secrets, lost advanced civilizations, esotericism and of course space.
In this mix I combined an introspective vision with a sonority more connected to the dancefloor.

Bio: Based in Washington, DC, Lyceum is known for pushing the deeper and more experimental aspects of the dance music spectrum. Inspired by the crossover sounds of labels such as Auxiliary, Horo, and Semantica, his sets explore the intersection of hypnotic techno, grey area, and other left-field stylings.

As a longtime admirer of dark, cinematic sounds in general, I was immediately drawn to the idea of the Vortex – from the vibrant Facebook group to the Vortex nights/events in Washington, DC - nights that I have been privileged to be a part of on several occasions. For this particular mix, I tried to weave elements of left-field, industrial, grey area, and experimental techno into a cohesive narrative that captures my affection for the avant-garde. Many thanks to Daasnomem for allowing me the freedom to play some really weird tunes.

HRNR is the artistic project of Mattia Onori, born in Foligno, Italy, and based in Berlin, where he is working as a sound designer for motion pictures. He expresses himself as electronic music composer and DJ, with an approach to production strictly connected with modular synthesis and improvisation, as in his live performances.
Since 2011 he has been experimenting and researching in the fields of ambient and techno electronic music as creative industry´s expressions and reflections of today’s society. As his vinyl only DJ-sets also reflect, his sound features both, aggressive characteristics and softer natural smoothness, at the edge between natural, organic sound and noisy, industrial music.
