We tried to ask Mr. Maître D' some questions but hes a man of very few words preferring to be surrounded in mystery. He gave us as much detail as why he calls himself Maître D'. ''I see my work as a service for the people to enjoy'' and when I asked him has underground music always interested him, his answer was literally ''Yes but that's because I work in a basement''.
