In the summer of 2013 Russ Charnock conspired to assemble a group of like-minded, seasoned musicians to create something special from the distilled juice of 90's indie/rock. The 30 Year Men were born; comprising:

Charlie Richardson - Vocals / Rich Sanderson - Guitar 
The aim - to write and produce original anthems inspired by all the stuff that inspired The 30 Year Men to become musicians in the first place. Influences drawn from 80's & 90's grunge, funk, indie, rock creating a tuneful, energetic, foot stomping and emotive collection of tracks.
