The AMX 2025 Releases

After 20 Years, AMX Records has finally officially released the AudioMatriX (now The AMX) "Technomusicology" EP for digital download.

This EP is hard to find on vinyl, although the band has a handful between them. Praised for its crunchy sounds and perhaps ahead-of-its-time Tech House grooves, Technomusicology was mastered at Sony UK Studios in 2003.

Motorvation is the intersection between Motivation and the Motor City. Combine the two, and you wind up with a Tech-house anthem that embodies Detroit Techno music at its best! Called crunchy and quirky, this track is a timeless classic!

A2D1 is a deep, contemplative journey into quintessential intelligent techno. The driving interplay between the Roland MC-303 and MC-505 makes this track a must-have for those who love groove boxes and sequential Detroit Groove conversations. 

Cyborgasm is the enjambment of "Cyborg and Organism," but somehow, along the way, it has taken on a different meaning in eclectic circles... pure Detroit Techno fun on the dance floor! Vibe Techno!
