Our bodies have now got used to the raincoat, the lack of light only disturbs us basally, but our heads need a vacation every now and then and like to travel back to the Nachti in thoughts of summer. The feeling of anticipation, just before it really gets going, the shoes are already biting into the sand and the opening performance begins with this great track.

Meet Karo (@listentokaro), a Leipzig based producer duo, who have not only made a name for themselves backstage, but above all provided our opening shows with enchanting, emotional house tracks. Fresh off their fantastic vinyl debut on QC Records, we've got the inside scoop that their next vinyl masterpiece is already revving up… 

The two opening tracks are now available for free download on Bandcamp and the pair are looking forward to many plays and loads of donations. 

And if you would like to see the two of them in person and look at their knob-twiddling fingers, you can look forward to their live debut at Nachtiville 2024.

Zeta Reticula (Uros Umek) is among the wide cream of today's atmospheric breaks and electro producers, carrying on strong with a career that he's kept steady since 2000. Since the mid-2010s, the Slovene star has hopped from label to label, signifying a restlessness that matches the writhing weight of his music. 'The Beryllium' is yet another EP to capture Reticula's preference for unrelent, commanding a unique sense of space and weight that flaunts a true sense of art. Listened to in one way, 'Need To Orbit', sounds like a functional acid jam, but its pitch-perfect use of reverb and EQ renders it gestalt, nearly convincing us that the track was direct-outputted from the aux port of an interplanetary war machine and not a stack of analog synths. On the other hand, the closing remix from Sound Synthesis is nice and cascading - gushing, sheathing sounds abounding - contrasting to Reticula's opting for judderings and impacts.

The_And has firstly touched the turntables when reaching his maturity  during the high school in the past century. It was the time, when “rave” and “underground” were not just an inflected pose surrounded around the cliche. Starting with techno, he has swum the wave of minimal, house, disco and also deep house music. Nowadays, he has shaped himself somewhere between analog/raw/acid/breaks and some stolen stuff from the 90ties for the “stylish youth” (TM) with occasional backspins to the roots of Detroit and Chicago for his peers. 
With the JTT DJs crew he has promoted a solid amount of parties back in the days, yet more of them played by himself.

Ku gramcom sa dostal niekedy počas strednej školy ešte v minulom storočí, keď pojmy "rave" a "underground" neboli iba všadeskloňovaná póza. Začal pri techne, prešiel cez vlnu minimalu, house, diska aj deepu. Momentálne sa hudobne stráca niekde na pomedzí analog/raw/acid/breaks a vykrádačiek 90ties pre “štýlovú mládež” (TM) s občasnými backspinmi ku koreňom detroitu a chicaga pre rovesníkov. Na konte má spolu s JTT DJs slušný počet zorganizovaných akcií, ešte viac odohraných.
